| Objective: To systematically sort out the relevant literature on the clinical application of Six yang meridians Jing-river Points,summarize and summarize the dominant symptoms of the Six yang meridians Jing-river Points and the law of compatibility of acupoints.And sum up the tutor’s clinical experience in using Six yang meridians Jing-river Points.The basic theory and clinical application research of “acupoint” provide reference.Methods: This study is divided into two parts before 1949 and after 1949.Before1949,the Chinese Medical Dictionary(Fifth Edition)and the Collection of Modern Chinese Medicine Journals were the main search sources.After 1949,the Chinese How Net,Wanfang Database,Weipu Journal Resource Database,web of science,Pub Med,etc.are the main search sources.Documents are screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,SQL Server database is established,and frequency statistics,Gephi complex network,association rule Apriori algorithm and system were used Clustering algorithm to determine the frequency,association rules and clustering of the predominant symptoms and compatible points of the Liuyang Meridian points.At the same time,collect the typical clinical medical records of the tutor using the Six yang meridians Jing-river Points to treat diseases.Results: Before 1949,there were 12 and 14 predominant diseases of single acupoint and compatibility at Yangxi point,143 compatibility points,19 high-frequency acupoints.Association rule analysis was similar to Erjian,Yanggu,Guanchong,Hegu,etc.The acupoints are closely related,and 6 types of high-frequency compatible acupoint combinations are selected by cluster analysis;there are 14 and 15 types of single-point and compatible predominant diseases in Zhigou acupoints,143 compatible acupoints,and 26high-frequency acupoints.Acupoints such as Ling,Jianshi,Zhangmen,Hegu are closely related,and cluster analysis screened out 5 types of high-frequency compatible acupoint combinations;Yanggu single-point single-point,compatible with 11 and 13 dominant diseases,respectively,136 compatible acupoints,high-frequency There are 19 matching points.The association rule analysis is closely related to the wrist bone,Hegu,Yangxi,and Yemen points.The cluster analysis screens out 6 types of high-frequency compatible point combinations;the single point of Jiexi point and the compatible disease are 19 and 14 respectively.There are 137 compatible points and 21 high-frequency matching points.Association rule analysis is closely related to Zusanli,Qiuxu,Hegu,Shangqiu and other points.Cluster analysis selects 7 types of high-frequency compatible point combinations;Yangfu single point There are 8 types of compatible predominant diseases,127 compatible acupoints,19 high-frequency matching acupoints.Association rule analysis is closely related to Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Kunlun,and Huantiao points.Cluster analysis selects 6types of high-frequency Combination of compatible points;Kunlun single point,compatible with 12,13 types of predominant diseases,170 compatible points,29high-frequency matching points,association rule analysis is closely related to Weizhong,Hegu,Zusanli,Yanglingquan and other points.6 types of high-frequency compatible acupoint combinations were selected by class analysis.After 1949,there were 3 and 10 predominant symptoms of single acupoint and compatibility at Yangxi,108 compatibility acupoints,22 high-frequency matching acupoints,and association rules analysis related to Hegu,Quchi,Waiguan,Yangchi and other points Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Kunlun,Hegu and other acupoints.Cluster analysis screens out 6 types of high-frequency compatible acupoint combinations;Yangfu single acupoint,compatible disease There are 3 or 2 types,105 compatible acupoints and 22 high-frequency matching acupoints.Association rule analysis is closely related to Taichong,Yanglingquan,Fengshi,Zusanli and other acupoints.6 types of high-frequency compatible acupoints are selected by cluster analysis.Combination;Kunlun point single point,compatible with 6 or 9 types of predominant diseases,156 compatible points,22 high-frequency matching points,the association rule analysis is closely related to the points such as Huantiao,Yanglingquan,Weizhong,Shenshu,etc.6 types of high-frequency compatible acupoint combinations were selected by class analysis.Conclusion: The Six yang meridians Jing-river Points are consistent and can be used to treat diseases of the brain system,lung system,ENT,and limb meridian.However,due to the specificity of each acupoint,it is also specific on the basis of commonality.Most of the compatible points are specific points,mainly with the Wushu points and the original points.Its clinical efficacy is outstanding,standardized and effective,providing new ideas for clinical and scientific research today. |
