Summary Of The Application Rules Of The Six Yin Meridians "Ying-spring" Points And The Application Experience Of Tutors After The Founding Of New China

Objective:To systematize the literature related to the clinical application of the five Ying-spring Points of the Six Yin meridians,to summarize and summarize the dominant symptoms and acupuncture points of the Six Yin meridians,and to summarize the clinical experience of the instructors in using the five Ying-spring Points of the Six Yin meridians.The clinical experience of the instructor in the use of the Ying-spring Points of the Six Yin meridians will provide a reference for the basic theory and clinical application of the Ying-spring Points of the Six Yin meridians today.Methods:The relevant literature(1949.10.01-2022.6.30)was collected using major domestic and international databases as search sources.After screening,we established a database of diseases,Ying-spring Points and acupuncture methods of the six Yin meridians,and used the association rule Apriori algorithm and Pearson’s clustering algorithm in the"Five-shu Points and Data Mining Software V1.0" and the Gephi and Origin visualization algorithms to obtain the data on the dominant diseases,frequency of Ying-spring Points,association rule and clustering data,and acupuncture methods of the six Yin meridians.The data on the frequency of Ying-spring Points,the association rules and clustering data,and the statistics on acupuncture and moxibustion methods were also collected,as well as the clinical cases of the instructor’s clinical application of the six Yin meridians.Results:There are 14 types of dominant diseases with yuji(LU10),116 allied acupoints,23 high-frequency acupoints(≥5),a high proportion of Specific points with Yuan-primary points,Lower He-sea points,and Eight-confluent points,and a high proportion of association analysis with hegu(LI4),zusanli(ST36),and feishu(BL13).Cluster analysis screened nine clustered combinations of three major cluster families,involving a total of 18 acupuncture methods in four categories,cutting and acupuncture point injection account for a high percentage of special acupuncture point therapies,and puncture and bloodletting account for a high percentage of special needling techniques.There are 30 types of dominant diseases with xingjian(LR2),238 allied acupoints,20 high-frequency acupoints(≥33),a high proportion of Specific points with Yuan-primary points,Lower He-sea points,and Eight-Influential points,and a high proportion of association analysis with taichong(LR3),sanyinjiao(SP6),and zusanli(ST36).Cluster analysis screened nine clustered combinations of four major cluster families,involving a total of 14 acupuncture methods in four categories,and a high proportion of Reducing methods among filiform needle acupuncture methods;among the special acupuncture tools,the percentage of puncture and bleeding is higher,and the percentage of electroacupuncture is highest among the special acupuncture point therapies.There are 7 types of dominant diseases with shaofu(HT8),156 allied acupoints,21 high-frequency acupoints(≥8),a high proportion of Specific points with Yuan-primary points,Lower He-sea points,and Luo-connecting points,and a high proportion of association analysis with sanyinjiao(SP6),shenmen(HT7),and zusanli(ST36).Cluster analysis screened seven clustered combinations of three major cluster families,involving a total of 9 acupuncture methods in four categories,and a high proportion of even Reinforcing-Reducing methods among filiform needle acupuncture methods;a high proportion of special needle acupuncture methods,puncture and bloodletting methods.There are 16 types of dominant diseases with rangu(KI2),151 allied acupoints,20 high-frequency acupoints(≥8),a high proportion of Specific points with Yuan-primary points,Lower He-sea points,and Eight-confluent points,and a high proportion of association analysis with taixi(KI3),sanyinjiao(SP6),and taichong(LR3).Cluster analysis screened eight clustered combinations of three major cluster families,involving a total of 12 acupuncture methods in four categories,and a high proportion of even Reinforcing-Reducing methods among filiform needle acupuncture methods;a high proportion of special needle acupuncture methods,Acupoint injection.There are 14 types of dominant diseases with laogong(PC8),115 allied acupoints,18 high-frequency acupoints(≥8),a high proportion of Specific points with Yuan-primary points,Eight-confluent points,and Luo-connecting points,and a high proportion of association analysis with yongquan(KI1),shuigou(DU26),and hegu(LI4).Cluster analysis screened six clustered combinations of three major cluster families,involving a total of 9 acupuncture methods in four categories,and a high proportion of penetrating needling method among filiform needle acupuncture methods,acupoint injections accounted for the highest percentage of acupuncture point special therapies;warm acupuncture accounted for the highest percentage of moxibustion;and puncture and bloodletting accounted for the highest percentage of special needling techniques.There are 6 types of dominant diseases with dadu(SP2),68 allied acupoints,20 high-frequency acupoints(≥2),a high proportion of Specific points with Yuan-primary points,Five-shu points,and Lower He-sea points,and a high proportion of association analysis with taibai(SP3),taichong(LR3),and zusanli(ST36).Cluster analysis screened six clustered combinations of four major cluster families,involving a total of 10 acupuncture methods in four categories,and a high proportion of Reinforcing methods among filiform needle acupuncture methods.Conclusion:The five Ying-spring Points of the six Yin meridians are convergent in the treatment of diseases,all of which are proximal,distant,and regulate the functions of the five organs,and are prominent in the treatment of fever,mental illness,and limb meridians.etc.There are multiple Ying-spring points that work together to treat the same dominant condition,such as stroke,sleeplessness,depression,herpes zoster,lumbago,etc.The weight of acupoints in the Yin meridian is much greater than that of the Yang meridian in terms of the attribution of acupoints to the meridian.The specific acupuncture points are mainly Yuan-primary points,the five-shu points and Eight-confluent points.Among the five-shu points,the Ying-spring Points and Shu-stream points pairing is more common.In terms of acupuncture and moxibustion,the six Yin meridian Ying-spring points are characterized by the application of the reducing methods among filiform needle acupuncture methods and the penetrating acupuncture method,and the point-acupuncture and bloodletting method is often applied.and the instructor has developed unique treatment ideas in the use of the six Yin meridian Ying-spring points in the treatment of male diseases,internal diseases,and surgical diseases,which are worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
