Research On Knowledge Representation Of TCM Veteran Doctors’ Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Based On Dynamic Uncertain Causal Graph

Purpose:Based on Dynamic Uncertain Causality Graph(DUCG),knowledge expression research is carried out on the experience of national modern famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic heart failure,and based on this,experience knowledge base model of famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in clinical diagnosis and reasoning of chronic heart failure is constructed.Methods:Through electronic retrieval,collection,screening and collation of clinical literature collected from China Journal Full-text Database,Wanfang Journal Database and China Science and Technology Journal Database from the establishment of database to October 2022,including national modern famous traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure medical cases.In-depth analysis was made of the thought and method of syndrome differentiation and treatment of famous old TCM patients contained in each case of medical records,maximum extraction of diagnosis and treatment information in medical records,input of key information and data into Microsoft Office Excel 2007,and establish a sound database of famous old TCM patients’ medical records.Through frequency analysis,the top 10 syndrome types with the largest proportion of total number of clinical cases(heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,Yang deficiency and water circulation syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi Yin deficiency syndrome,blood stasis and phlegm stasis syndrome,water qi ling heart syndrome,blood blood stasis syndrome,Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and Xinyang depression syndrome)were selected,and the key information of these 10 frequently witnessed types were extracted from the total database.A separate database was established for each type of syndrome.The key information in the medical record database(symptoms,signs,syndrome elements,prescriptions,etc.)were counted by frequency analysis and grey correlation analysis.Combined with the mathematical theory connotation of DUCG,the key data of medical records were transformed into corresponding model variables,and all variables were created and assigned with the DUCG editor.Finally,10 frequent witness diagnosis models of heart failure based on the syndrome differentiation and treatment thought of famous old Chinese medicine were constructed,so as to realize the combing and expression of the experience and knowledge of famous old Chinese medicine.Results:Based on DUCG,the knowledge base model of 10 kinds of TCM common witness type of chronic heart failure was constructed,which intuitively expressed the recessive knowledge in the medical case of treating chronic heart failure based on syndrome differentiation of famous old TCM in the form of concise cause-and-effect diagram.By selecting the syndrome differentiation algorithm integrated with the academic characteristics of famous old Chinese medicine,the diagnostic reasoning model can imitate the thinking process of famous old Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation.The reasoning results are highly explanatory,which confirms that DUCG can show high knowledge expression and reasoning diagnosis ability in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.This study provides a good start for the development of AI-assisted diagnosis model based on the academic experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and their ability of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and provides theoretical and methodological guidance for the research of knowledge representation and model construction of traditional Chinese medicine based on DUCG.Conclusion:By using DUCG technology,knowledge representation research was conducted on the classic medical case of the treatment of chronic heart failure by national modern famous traditional Chinese medicine,and it was found that DUCG is an advanced form of knowledge expression and diagnostic reasoning,and chronic heart failure can also be used as a demonstration disease for the improvement of the digital and intelligent research of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment ability.It is also necessary to attach importance to clinical practical application and third-party verification,so as to continuously improve,update and upgrade the knowledge base model,provide more reasonable and effective intelligent auxiliary diagnosis and decision support services for grassroots clinicians and patients,and constantly improve the clinical standardized diagnosis and treatment ability.
