Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of COVID-19 Prevention And Control In B District Of Binzhou City

In recent years,public health emergencies have emerged one after another,such as SARS in 2002 and A(H1N1)in 2009.They all involve a wide range of areas and affect a large number of people.In late 2019 to early 2020,the outbreak of the novel coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan and its rapid spread to all parts of our country brought great threats to the physical and mental health and normal production and life of local people;at the same time,it also made a certain impact on the high quality development of the local economy and the harmony and stability of social order.In order to effectively prevent and control the spread of the novel coronavirus,county-level governments across China have taken a large number of practical and effective prevention and control measures,which have had an immediate effect in containing the spread of the epidemic,mitigating the risk of crisis,and maintaining social stability.However,as a key force in responding to public health emergencies,county-level governments also have some problems in risk prevention and control,material storage,information communication and social mobilization.Only by constantly improving the relevant working mechanism and improving the crisis response capacity can county-level governments better respond to various public health emergencies,protect the health and life safety of local people,and safeguard local economic development.Therefore,this study intends to propose countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the prevention and control of public health emergencies by summarizing the measures and problems of COVID-19 prevention and control in B district of Binzhou City.This study consulted the relevant information and policy documents officially released by the B District government of Binzhou City to learn about the specific measures taken to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic in B district of Binzhou City.In this study,local government agencies,experts in related fields,social professional forces,primary line workers,and residents were surveyed by questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods to understand their satisfaction with the prevention and control of COVID-19 in District B of Binzhou City.Based on the theory of collaborative governance and crisis management,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of COVID-19 prevention and control in B District of Binzhou City,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the county-level government to optimize the prevention and control of public health emergencies,which has certain reference value for improving the prevention and control level of public health emergencies of county-level government.
