The Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Yangyanchuzhou Granule Combined With Erbium-doped Fiber Laser In Removing Crow’s Feet

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yangyanchuzhou Granule combined with Erbium-doped Fiber Laser in removing Crow’s Feet.Methods:60 female patients with crow’s feet of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Yangyanchuzhou Granule combined with erbium-doped fiber laser(30 cases).The control group was treated with erbium-doped fiber laser(30 cases).Yangyanchuzhou Granule 1 dose per day,water rinse,divided into morning and evening,half an hour after meals,for 12 weeks;erbium-doped fiber laser was used once every 4 weeks for 3times in total.After treatment,the scores of crow’s feet index(number,length,depth)before and after treatment were compared,and statistical analysis was performed,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:(1)After treatment,the scores of each index(number,length,depth)in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment,indicating that both treatment methods were effective for crow’s feet.(2)After treatment,the total effective rate(97%)and excellent rate(33%)of the treatment group were significantly higher than the total effective rate(80%)and excellent rate(17%)of the control group,indicating that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Yangyanchuzhou Granule combined with erbium-doped fiber laser has a significant effect on removing crow’s feet,which is safe in clinical use,good compliance and high tolerance of patients.It can be further studied and promoted to be better applied in clinical practice.
