The Clinical Observation Of Yangyanyuese Decotion Combined With Erbium-doped Fiber Laser To Facial Skin Ageing

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangyanyuese Decotion Combined with Erbium-doped Fiber Laser to treat Facial Skin Ageing.Methods: 60 cases of facial skin aging of liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with Yangyanyuese Decotion(formula granules)combined with 1550 nm erbium-doped fiber laser: Yangyanyuese Decotion 1 dose per day,water rinse,divided into morning and evening,half an hour after meals,for 12 weeks;erbium-doped fiber laser every 3 weeks,4 times,for 12 weeks.The control group was treated with1550 nm erbium-doped fiber laser,and the laser treatment was the same as the treatment group.The patients in the two groups were treated with4RSM/4FS three-spectrum magic mirror before treatment,6 weeks,12 weeks and 2 months after treatment.The skin wrinkles,pores and stains were detected.The scores before and after treatment were compared for statistical analysis.The adverse reactions were recorded.Results:(1)After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of all indexes(wrinkles,pores,stains)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,indicating that both treatment methods were effective for facial skin aging.(2)After 6 weeks of treatment and 12 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The effective rate of the treatment group(90%)was higher than that of the control group(80%),and the therapeutic effect was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)At the end of treatment,the patients were followed up for 2 months.The comparison of various index scores between the two groups showed that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group lasted longer(P<0.05).Conclusion: Yangyanyuese Decotion combined with erbium-doped fiber laser in the treatment of facial skin aging,less adverse reactions,high patient compliance,tolerance,superior clinical efficacy,efficacy lasting longer,it is worthy of further study,in order to better apply in clinical practice.
