| Objective Through clinical research and observation,analyze the safety and effectiveness of Yizhianmian prescription in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment with sleep disorder due to deficiency of kidney-yin and hyperactivity of fire,study the prescription theory,clinical efficacy and clinical score of Yizhianmian prescription,and provide theoretical and clinical support for the application of Yizhianmian prescription,with a view to providing reference for clinical practice.Methods The collected patients were 66 patients who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of mild cognitive impairment with sleep disorder(kidney-yin deficiency and hyperactivity)in the inpatient department and outpatient department of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine/Department of Neurology/Sleep Medical Center of Shandong Provincial Hospital affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from December 2021 to September 2022.The basic information of the patients was collected and recorded.The collected information of patients was randomly divided into observation group and control group with 33 cases each by random number table method.During the study,the control group was given the basic treatment of piracetam tablets(Naofukang)and zopiclone tablets(Sanchen)orally.The observation group was given the basic treatment of piracetam tablets(Naofukang)and zopiclone tablets(Sanchen)tablets in the control group,and then the traditional Chinese medicine Yizhianmian prescription.The treatment time of observation group and control group is 10 weeks.Collect,analyze and summarize the total clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,compare the scores of the Simple Mental State Scale(MMSE),the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA),the Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and the score variation of the scores of the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,observe the adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of the patients before and after treatment,and use SPSS26.0 to statistically analyze the collected data of the patients.Results During the study,a total of 4 patients did not complete the study from the beginning to the end,2 patients in the observation group and 2 patients in the control group did not complete,and there were 62 patients who finally completed the study,including 31 patients in the observation group and 31 patients in the control group.1.The clinical total effective rate score showed that in this study,the clinical effect of the control group and the observation group were improved after treatment,and the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The data showed that the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,and the total clinical effective rate of the control group was 67.74%.2.The score of cognitive impairment scale showed that in this study,there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.01);The MMSE scores of the two groups were significantly different after treatment(P<0.01),and the Mo CA scores of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.01).The improvement effect of cognitive impairment in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).3.The score of sleep quality scale showed that in this study,there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.01);Compared between the two groups,the scores of AIS and PSQI in the two groups after treatment were statistically different(P<0.01),and the scores of AIS and PSQI in the two groups improved significantly after treatment(P<0.01).The improvement effect of sleep quality in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).4.The clinical efficacy score of TCM syndrome showed that in this study,the TCM syndrome score of the control group and the observation group after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).The data showed that the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),of which the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group was 90.32%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the control group was58.06%.5.Safety indicators show that in this study,no obvious abnormality was found in the two groups of patients during the study by observing their symptoms and following up their condition.Conclusion The research results show that Yizhianmian prescription is an effective prescription in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment with sleep disorder due to deficiency of kidney-yin and hyperactivity of fire,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.1.Yizhi Anmian prescription and Piracetam tablets combined with Zopiclone tablets can improve the TCM syndrome of Mild cognitive impairment patients with Sleep disorder of kidney yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type.Compared with Piracetam tablets Combined with Zopiclone tablets in the control group,the combination of yizhi Anmian prescription can better improve the TCM syndrome of mild cognitive impairment patients with sleep disorder of kidney yin deficiency and fire excess type.2.Yizhi Anmian prescription and Piracetam tablets combined with Zopiclone tablets can improve the cognitive function of patients,and compared with the control group of Piracetam tablets combined with Zopiclone tablets,the clinical effect of yizhi Aanmian prescription in improving cognitive function is better.3.Yizhi Anmian prescription and Piracetam tablets combined with Zopiclone tablets can improve the sleep disorder of patients,and compared with the control group of Piracetam tablets combined with zopiclone tablets,the clinical effect of Yizhi Anmian prescription group in improving sleep disorder is better.4.The detection of the research process showed that Yizhi Anmian prescription had no obvious adverse reactions during the medication process,was safe,could be used in clinical practice,and could better improve the disease and quality of life. |
