Clinical Study Of Shen Tong Zhuyu Decoction Combined With Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Patients With Lumbar Disc Herniation Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of Shen Tong Zhuyu Decoction combined with acupoint application on pain,clinical symptoms and functional recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,to explore the value of clinical application of Shen Tong Zhuyu decoction combined with acupoint application,to study the clinical data of acupoint application alone,and to obtain and excavate effective evidence to seek support for the rational application of this treatment plan.It is used to objectively evaluate the effectiveness and extensibility of Shen Tongzhuyu decoction combined with acupoint application,so as to provide the basis for clinical rational application of this medicine.Methods: 99 cases were collected from the spine orthopedic clinic and ward of Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All of them were patients with lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis.The clinical symptoms were mainly waist pain and lower limb radiating pain,which could be accompanied by other symptoms.99 LDH patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into three groups with 33 cases in each group by random number table method.The groups were traditional Chinese medicine decoction group,acupoint application group and combined treatment group.Patients in TCM decoction group took Body Pain Zhuyu decoction plus reduced medicine decoction to treat the disease(from Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine soup pharmacy);Acupoint application group with acupoint application as the treatment plan,combined treatment group patients with body pain Zhuyu decoction combined with acupoint application to treat the disease.(Recipe and point selection are as follows: Chinese herbal remedies: Gentiana Gentiana 18 g,Angelica Gentiana 18 g,Taoren 24 g,Chuanxiong 18 g,Qianghua 15 g,Honghua 24 g,Myrrh 3g,achyranthus 18 g,Digilong 12 g,Wulingzhi 9g,Xiangfu 3g,Mulberry Jizhi 12 g,Chuanxiadao 12 g,licorice 6g.1 dose/day,decocted in water,taken in the morning and evening;Acupoint application: Angelica 15 g,Qiang Huo 12 g,Red Peony root 10 g,Rhizoma corydalis 15 g,frankincense 6g,Myrrh 6g,Honghua 15 g,Radix upossum 12 g,asarum 3g,Borneol 12g;Select acupoints:Shenshu and large intestine Shu on both sides of the waist.)After collection and comparison of data before and after treatment,there was no statistical difference in the data before treatment among the three groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable.Before and after treatment,all scales were used to collect relevant data for the three groups of patients.Statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the data,and various data between the three groups before and after treatment were compared to draw conclusions of the experimental study.Results: Before and after treatment,the pain index(VAS score)of the three groups showed a downward trend,and the VAS score of each group before and after treatment had statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment scheme of the three groups could effectively relieve the pain of patients.The comparison between the three groups showed that the combined treatment group was > the traditional Chinese medicine decoction group > the acupoint application group in terms of pain relief(P < 0.05).JOA scores of the three groups were significantly increased before and after treatment,indicating that the three groups of patients after their own treatment can effectively improve the relevant symptoms caused by lumbar disc herniation(P < 0.05),the comparison of the three groups found that the combined treatment group > herbal decoction group > acupoint application group increased the JOA scores of patients(P < 0.05).Combined with the non-parametric test(P < 0.05)and the total effective rate ratio of the three groups before and after treatment,it was concluded that the three groups of treatment schemes were effective for patients with lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and the clinical efficacy of the combined treatment group was superior to the TCM decoction group than to the acupoint application group.Conclusion: The results showed that single application of TCM decoction or acupoint application had positive therapeutic significance for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and the combined use of the two drugs was more significant,which could effectively reduce the pain degree of patients and improve the clinical symptoms caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Enable patients to recover sooner.
