Clinical Observation Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Chest Pain After PCI Operation(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on chest pain(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)after PCI Operation,and then promote its use in hospitals and hospitals at all levels,so as to provide guidance for grass-roots cardiovascular physicians in clinical diagnosis and treatment of chest pain after PCI Operation.Methods:From May 2021 to February 2022,64 patients with chest pain(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)after PCI Operation of coronary heart disease in the cardiovascular department of Suining Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were collected,including 38 males and 26 females.The inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were divided into experimental group and control group,with 32 cases in the experimental group and control group respectively.The experimental group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction for two wees on the basis of routine treatment.Before treatment,the patient’s gender,age,body mass index,basic medical history,smoking and alcohol history,family history,the number of diseased blood vessels and the number of implanted stents were recorded.Before and after treatment,the vital signs,blood routine,liver and kidney function,blood lipid,electrolyte,coagulation function,urine routine,stool routine,occult blood,angina pectoris curative effect,TCM symptom score were recorded respectively and ECG.The patients’ chest pain within one month after discharge was investigated by telephone and outpatient follow-up.Results:The symptoms of chest pain in 64 patients were relieved and the frequency of chest pain was reduced.Statistical analysis showed that the two groups had statistical significance in improving chest pain symptoms,ECG,cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein(P<0.05),while the treatment group had more advantages in improving chest pain symptoms,ECG and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and had no obvious advantage in reducing cholesterol compared with the control group.Conclusion:The trial group had advantages over the control group in improving patient chest pain symptoms,TCM syndrome integral,electrocardiogram and LDL,and had no significant significance in improving total cholesterol,triglycerides,and HDL.Yang Wutang treats postoperative chest pain(qi deficiency and blood stasis certificate)after PCI Operation,which has advantages in improving chest pain symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral and electrocardiogram,and improving low-density lipoprotein.Buyang Huanwu decoction is more effective in treating chest pain(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)after PCI Operation than western medicine alone.
