| From the outbreak of SARS in 2003 to the global epidemic of COVID-19 in2020,people have clearly realized the importance of health education,which highlights the need to carry out health education and improve health literacy in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities generally attach more importance to health education for college students.With the advent of the information age,college students are facing more complex physical and psychological problems,so the development of health education is very important." The Education informatization2.0 Action Plan" clearly put forward to use information technology,innovation of curriculum forms,continuous reform of classroom teaching mode,so that personalized education can be realized.In the era of new curriculum reform,innovative teaching modes are constantly emerging.Mobile learning,with its unique advantages,is deeply loved by teachers and students,and enriches the traditional single teaching means and teaching modes.The new era of college students’ demand for health education also had a new change,in order to better service for college students to provide health education,health education teaching mode based on mobile learning,explore the effect of health education through mobile learning,make full use of information technology,innovation course form,and gradually improve the college students’ health education based on mobile learning teaching mode.Through collecting and sorting out the literature,this paper sorts out the connotation,evaluation methods,promotion strategies and influencing factors of health literacy of college students,and clarifies the development and status quo of health education of college students in China.Through the investigation and research,we get the students’ demand for the content and form of health education and the students’ experience of the related functions of the mobile learning platform.Based on the designed platform,three rounds of design research are carried out,and finally a teaching mode is obtained,which can promote students’ interest and participation in learning.Through the questionnaire survey,comparing the results of pre-test and post-test,it is concluded that mobile learning can effectively improve the health literacy of college students.Based on the research process,this paper summarizes the strategies of health education for college students,including optimizing mobile learning platform,developing teaching resources and strengthening health education. |
