Research On Improving Community Medical Care Combined With Elderly Care Service Under The Theory Of Social Integration

With the continuous growth of the elderly population,the pension problem in China has become increasingly prominent and irreversible.The demand for healthy pension for the elderly is growing.In the past,it was difficult to meet the needs of the elderly only by providing a single medical or pension service institution.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a new pension model to meet the needs of medical and pension services for the elderly.As an innovative elderly care model,the combination of medical care and elderly care services organically integrates medical services and elderly care services,which is not only a positive strategy for China to face the problem of population aging,but also can solve the basic medical and elderly care needs of the social elderly,so as to improve the health level and quality of life of the elderly.As an important part of the integrated medical care system,community integrated medical care service can enable the elderly to directly meet the needs of elderly care and medical treatment in the community,and receive basic medical care services and elderly care services.However,China’s community integrated medical care service is still in the stage of deepening implementation,and still faces many obstacles and problems in its development process.Taking w community in Taiyuan as an example,this paper investigates the development of integrated medical and nursing services in W community by using the methods of questionnaire,interview and literature research.It can be learned that the development of integrated medical and nursing services in W community is mainly composed of three ways: one is the combination of community medical and health service center and community home-based elderly care;the other is the cooperation between community elderly care center and specialized hospital,Third,community elderly care volunteers provide auxiliary elderly care services.Although w community integrated medical care service has been strongly supported by the municipal government,there are still many problems in its development process.This paper uses the social integration theory to deeply analyze the problems existing in W community integrated medical care service from the macro,meso and micro levels: at the macro level,due to the lack of clear social macro system guidance,the role of the participants in community integrated medical care service is vague,the management rights and responsibilities are unclear Lack of social system,imperfect fund-raising mechanism and problems recognized by the masses;At the meso level,the participation and support of communities and social communities for community integrated medical care services are insufficient;At the micro level,there are some problems in W community’s integrated medical care services,such as insufficient effective demand for integrated medical care services,low level of integrated medical care services,lack of talents,imperfect infrastructure,poor industrial linkage and so on,which make the development of integrated medical care services in W community unable to reach the target state.Based on the analysis of the above problems,this paper uses the theory of social integration to fully and effectively integrate the relevant concepts,policies,systems,mechanisms,talents,social forces and medical care resources of community medical care services,encourage and support community medical care institutions to use new technology integration to optimize medical care services and resource allocation,so as to realize the coordinated development of software and hardware of community medical care services,At the same time,we should actively introduce social forces to participate in investment,realize the linkage of medical and nursing related industries,deeply integrate medical and nursing,provide personalized medical and nursing services for the elderly,promote the development of community medical and nursing combined service mode to informatization,modernization and industrialization,and promote the formation of a positive aging society.
