| Objective To study the current situation of artificial abortion women in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University;to study post-abortion care(PAC)service application effect of abortion women;further instruct post-abortion care(PAC)service clinical work.Methods Choose between January 2020 and December 2020 in our hospital 1503 female patients of artificial abortion women.Basic information of these and follow-up post-abortion care were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the women,41.4%of them were unmarried,25%of them were adolescents,30.1%of them were local registered,29%of them with a bachelor’s degree or above,childless women accounted for 44.9%;96.7%of them belong to accidental pregnancy,causes the pregnancy,77%of women were not take contraceptive method;Belong to repeat induced abortion women accounted for 47.1%,abortion number 3 times or more accounted for 17.8%.Married women in repeated abortion rate was higher than unmarried women;Repeated abortion rate was higher with age.In the many factors influencing the repeat abortion in the Logistic regression analysis found that the degree of cultural was protective factor for repeated abortion,age and childbearing history were risk factor for repeat abortions;After abortion PAC services,efficient contraceptives instant rate amounted to 97%,but in the process of follow-up,stream of people surgery in 1,3,6,12 months COC deprecation rate were 1.5%,5.0%,73.7%and 75.3%respectively,the rising trend,stream of people surgery in 1,3,6,12 months IUD deprecation rate were 0.5%,0.5%,0.7%,0.7%,deprecation rate was low and relatively stable.An abortion after being abandoned the influence factors of the original effective contraception multivariate Logistic regression analyses,found that age,childbearing history,repeated miscarriages,family planning was an abortion after being abandoned the original effective contraception protection factor,culture degree and the household cannot constitute an abortion after being abandoned the original risk factor for effective contraception.Conclusion 1.PAC service can strengthen postoperative effective contraceptive measures of artificial abortion women’s instant rate,and could significantly fall again pregnancy and repeat induced abortion rate,worthy of promotion.2.The degree of cultural protection factor of repeated abortion,age and family history is a risk factor for repeat induced abortion,in PAC service work,in addition to strengthen the identification of high-risk abortion,should also strengthen the risk factor screening and identification of repeated abortion,so as to further reduce the repetition rate of artificial abortion.3.In the process of PAC services after follow-up for abortion,follow-up rate gradually decreases and effective contraceptive measures to abandon deprecation rate rising trend,the PAC should be more personalized and diversified service mission as well as follow-up. |
