Objectives1.To investigate the status quo of healthy lifestyle changes on university students under the normalization stage of COVID-19 prevention and control, and analyze the influencing factors of healthy lifestyle changes on university students.2.A structural equation model is constructed to explore the impact of COVID-19-Related prevention cognition,e-Health literacy and self-efficacy on the healthy lifestyle changes,as well as the action path of various influencing factors on the healthy lifestyle among university students,so as to provide empirical support for relevant departments to implement intervention strategies to promote the level of healthy lifestyle of university students.Methods1.Stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 971 students from 5 colleges and universities in Guangzhou as the research objects. The data were collected by field investigation using the general information questionnaire,COVID-19-Related prevention cognition questionnaire,e-health Literacy Scale,Self-efficacy Scale and Healthy Lifestyle Scale for University Students.2.Independent sample t-test and ANOVA were used to compare the differences of healthy lifestyle behaviors under different characteristics;Multiple linear regression was used to study the influencing factors of healthy lifestyle behaviors changes among university students under the normalization stage of COVID-19 prevention and control; The structural equation model was used to verify the action path and effect of COVID-19-Related prevention cognition,e-health literacy and self-efficacy on the healthy lifestyle behaviors of college students, and the intermediary effect of the model was tested by Bootstrap technology.Results1.The results of descriptive analysis showed that the overall mean value healthy lifestyle of college students was 0.307(SD 0.389),higher than the theoretical median value of 0,indicating that the overall healthy lifestyle behaviors were good.Among them, the mean values of exercise behavior and health risk were less than 0,showing a negative change; The mean values of regular behavior, nutrition behavior, health responsibility, social support, stress management and life appreciation were greater than 0,showing positive changes.2.The results of one-way ANOVA showed that there were significant differences in the changes of overall healthy lifestyle among different majors, family per capita monthly income, education level and self-rated health status(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression showed that major, education level,self-efficacy,e-health literacy and perceived usefulness were the main influencing factors of healthy lifestyle behaviors(P<0.05).3.The structural equation results showed that the model fitting effect is good.χ2/df=4.367<5,GFI=0.938,AGFI=0.917,CFI=0.949,TLI=0.939,RMSEA=0.059<0.08.Among them,COVID-19-Related prevention cognition,e-health literacy and self-efficacy have a direct impact on healthy lifestyle behaviors. The COVID-19-Related prevention cognition can also indirectly affect the changes of healthy lifestyle behaviors through three paths:e-health literacy,e-health literacy→self-efficacy and self-efficacy.Conclusions1.The overall healthy lifestyle behaviors were good.Among them, the mean values of exercise behavior and health risk were less than 0,showing a negative change.2.Major,education level,self-efficacy,e-health literacy and perceived usefulness were the influencing factors of healthy lifestyles. It is suggested that relevant departments can intervene according to the factors affecting healthy lifestyle behaviors,to improve the healthy lifestyle behaviors of university students and further promote the health of the whole people.3.The COVID-19-related prevention cognition had a direct and positive predictive effect on health lifestyle behaviors.E-Health literacy and self-efficacy played both an independent mediating and serial-multiple mediating role in the association between COVID-19-related prevention cognition and healthy lifestyle behaviors. It is suggested that we should focus on improving university students’COVID-19-related prevention cognition, supplemented by guiding the development of e-Health literacy and self-efficacy,to improve the healthy lifestyle behaviors of college students. |
