Research purposeUnderstand the origin and development of curriculum ideological and political teaching in my country,analyze the current situation of curriculum ideological and political reform in other domestic colleges and universities;investigate the current situation of curriculum ideological and political development in medical colleges,discover existing problems and relevant suggestions;explore the construction of ideological and political teaching standards for medical professional courses,to provide reference for medical colleges to carry out ideological and political teaching of courses,and to provide theoretical basis for education departments to formulate relevant policies.Research methods1.Literature analysis.Consult domestic and foreign literature,understand the form of moral education in the United States,understand the development process of my country’s curriculum ideology and politics,relevant supporting policy documents issued by colleges and universities at all levels of government departments,and understand the earlier domestic ideological and political reform institutions:Shanghai University,Shanghai Middle School The current situation of curriculum ideological and political reform in Medical University and Beijing Union University,summarizing experience and shortcomings,and summarizing the current status and existing problems of curriculum ideological and political reform in medical colleges in my country.2.Semi-structured interview method.12 teachers,5 teaching administrators and 16 students from Southern Medical University,Guangdong Medical University and other universities were interviewed to understand the views and opinions of medical school teachers,students and teaching administrators on the ideological and political reform of medical school courses.Opinions to provide reference for the follow-up preparation of questionnaires and expert consultation.3.Questionnaire survey method.On the basis of literature research and semi-structured interviews,we designed 3 questionnaires about the current situation of ideological and political development in medical colleges and universities,and perfected the content of the questionnaires on the basis of expert consultation and pre-investigation.The method of stratified convenience sampling was used to investigate the national 14 medical colleges in 7 regions and their 919 teachers and 7336 students in the implementation of ideological and political teaching,suggestions and countermeasures.4.Delphi expert consultation method.Select 24 experts from 9 medical colleges with medical education background,engaged in medical education,teaching management or teaching evaluation to conduct expert consultation to build ideological and political teaching standards for medical professional courses.Research results1.Reviewed the development process of curriculum ideological and political reform in our country,the teaching form of American moral education,and the current situation of curriculum ideological and political reform in medical colleges,and found that the current medical college curriculum ideological and political reform is in teachers’ moral education awareness,curriculum ideological and political teaching design,and curriculum ideological and political reform.There are deficiencies in the content and methods of course ideological and political teaching,teaching effect and quality control;and through literature research to summarize the current situation of course ideological and political reform,experience worthy of reference and existing deficiencies in Shanghai University,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Beijing United University.Provide support for the follow-up research on ideological and political teaching standards for medical colleges.2.Questionnaire survey resultsBased on the statistical analysis of the questionnaire,it was found that:(1)There are deficiencies in the top-level design and overall planning of curriculum ideological and political reform in medical colleges:14.29%of colleges and universities have not issued guidance documents for curriculum ideological and political reform,and 24.43%of colleges have no working group dedicated to promoting curriculum ideological and political reform.(2)The implementation and evaluation mechanism of curriculum ideological and political reform in some medical colleges needs to be improved:nearly 30%of medical colleges do not incorporate curriculum ideology and politics into the school’s curriculum evaluation,classroom evaluation and party building evaluation evaluation mechanism;in secondary colleges At the same level,nearly 20%of colleges did not take ideological and political teaching as one of the indicators for evaluating college teaching,branch party building and excellent teacher selection.(3)The construction of curriculum ideological and political teaching system needs to be strengthened:14.29%of medical colleges have no curriculum ideological and political teaching training activities;42.86%of medical colleges have not organized curriculum ideological and political case compilations and curriculum ideological and political teaching competitions;only 31.63%Teachers have systematically received training in ideological and political teaching.(4)Some teachers and students in medical colleges need to improve their understanding of curriculum ideological and political teaching:27.94%of teachers and 52%of students do not know what curriculum ideological and political teaching is;7.83%of teachers and 26.83%of students express no support Conduct course ideological and political teaching.(5)Teachers of medical professional courses are gradually carrying out ideological and political teaching in courses,but they lack corresponding standards or models of ideological and political teaching in courses.(6)The ideological and political teaching of the course has achieved certain results,but the evaluation method is relatively simple.(7)Teachers have confusion and needs in the aspects of ideological and political elements mining,ideological and political integration methods,teaching models,etc.in the ideological and political teaching of medical courses.55%of teachers have difficulty in controlling "course design,teaching method selection and how to cut into ideological and political",while 72.1%of teachers expressed their hope that there will be a set of ideological and political teaching standards for reference.(8)Students pay more attention to the duration control,methods and methods,content proportion and other aspects of ideological and political teaching.3.After two rounds of expert consultation,the medical professional course was finally determined from five aspects:course ideological and political teaching objectives,course ideological and political teaching design,course ideological and political teaching classroom,course ideological and political teaching effect,and course ideological and political teaching quality control.The ideological and political teaching standards include 5 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 36 third-level indicators.The goal of ideological and political teaching in medical professional courses is clarified,the specific requirements for ideological and political teaching in medical professional courses are clarified,and the influence of teachers’ ideological and political ability in the quality control of course ideological and political teaching is emphasized.Research conclusion1.There are deficiencies in the top-level design of the curriculum ideological and political reform in medical colleges,personnel evaluation mechanisms,the construction of curriculum ideological and political teaching guarantee platforms,and curriculum ideological and political teaching evaluation.The confusion and needs of the mining of political elements,the method of ideological and political integration,and the teaching mode;students have needs for the control of the duration of ideological and political teaching,methods and methods,and the proportion of content.2.The ideological and political teaching standards for medical professional courses are finally determined from five aspects:curriculum ideological and political teaching objectives,curriculum ideological and political teaching design,curriculum ideological and political teaching classrooms,curriculum ideological and political teaching effects,and curriculum ideological and political teaching quality control.It clarifies the goals and specific requirements of ideological and political teaching in medical professional courses,and emphasizes the influence of teachers’ ideological and political ability in the quality control of course ideological and political teaching.It provides a reference for the ideological and political teaching of medical professional courses in medical colleges in the future,and also provides a basis for subsequent research.3.The importance of school leaders,the construction of curriculum ideological and political evaluation mechanism,teachers’ awareness of curriculum ideological and political education,and the construction of curriculum ideological and political teaching assistance platforms are the most important factors in the construction of curriculum ideological and political construction in medical colleges.And from the the school level,the teacher level,student level and the individual course ideological and political teaching level,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the ideological and political construction of medical colleges are put forward.
