Objective1.Based on the evidence-based and expert meeting methods,an intervention program for radiation protection of patients after 125I seed implantation guided by the information motivation behavior skill model(IMB)was constructed.2.To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on IMB model on the compliance of patients with radiation protection after 125I seed implantation.Methods1.Guided by the information-motivation-behavior skill model(IMB),it is applicable to the construction of radiation protection intervention plan for patients after 125I seed implantation:systematically search domestic and foreign databases and guide websites,such as PubMed,CNKI,etc.,read relevant clinical guidelines,systematic evaluation and other papers,screen the literature according to the steps of evidence-based nursing,evaluate the quality,extract evidence,and then the members of the research team will discuss The preliminary plan will be constructed after sorting and summarizing.Experts in this research field were invited to hold expert meetings to modify and improve the contents of the program,so as to form an intervention program for radiation protection of patients after implantation of 1251 particles based on IMB model that is easy to implement in clinical practice.2.Evaluation of the effectiveness of the radiation protection intervention program for patients after 1251 implantation based on the IMB model:using the quasi experimental research method,71 patients who were first treated with 1251 implantation in the third class A hospital of Zhejiang Province from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.Among them,35 patients admitted from August to December 2021 are the control group,and 36 patients admitted from January to August 2022 are the intervention group.The control group adopted general routine nursing,while the intervention group added nursing intervention based on IMB model on the basis of the control group.Through the protective compliance questionnaire,the radiation protection cognitive level questionnaire,and the Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the patients in the two groups were compared in their radiation protection compliance,radiation protection knowledge level,and anxiety.The data were collected mainly before and one month after the intervention.SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the collected data.Results1.Through systematic literature retrieval,reading and deleting duplicate literature,and quality evaluation,8 literatures were finally included in this study,and a primary scheme was formed in combination with clinical practice.A total of 16 experts participated in the expert meeting to modify and delete the scheme.The expert authority coefficient Cr=0.84(≥0.7),the expert authority is high,and the scheme is reliable.2.Evaluation of application effect of nursing intervention plan based on IMB model(1)At baseline,there was no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in terms of gender,age,compliance with radiation protection,cognitive level of radiation protection,and the score of Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)(P>0.05),which was comparable;(2)Evaluation results of radiation protection compliance:after intervention,the compliance of radiation protection in the intervention group was improved(P<0.05),and that in the control group was improved(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between groups(P<0.05),and the intervention group was superior to the control group;(3)The evaluation results of self rating anxiety scale:after intervention,the SAS scale score in the intervention group decreased(P<0.05),while the SAS scale score in the control group did not decrease significantly(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The intervention group was better than the control group;(4)Evaluation results of radiation protection cognition score:after intervention,the radiation protection knowledge score in the intervention group was improved(P<0.05),and that in the control group was improved(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The intervention group was better than the control group.Conclusion1.Based on the evidence-based and expert meeting methods,this study constructed a more systematic and perfect nursing intervention plan based on IMB model,which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the later clinical transformation.2.The nursing intervention based on IMB model can effectively improve the compliance of patients with radiation protection after 1251 implantation,improve the anxiety of patients with 1251 implantation,improve the cognitive level of patients with 1251 implantation,reduce the possibility of surrounding people suffering from radiation damage,and protect everyone’s life,health and safety.
