Effect Of Epidural Labor Analgesia On Labor Process Of Primipara

Objective: clarify the positive significance of epidural labor analgesia,so that it can be further popularized.Methods: 706 cases of primary parturient women in Qinghai Red-cross hospital from 2020 to 2021 were selected.106 puerpera who failed vaginal delivery due to various reasons were excluded,and they were divided into analgesia group(epidural stops the pain)and control group(no analgesic intervention).There are 300 people in each group.The research data of the two groups of women were collected,and statistical analysis was Performed to compare the basic vital signs,delivery time,delivery interventions(oxytocin use,antibiotic use,lateral incision,instrument delivery,cesarean section),and visual simulation.two groups.To study the effect of epidural labor analgesia on the delivery process of primipara,to analyze its safety and reliability for mother and baby,and the factors affecting the delivery Process of primipara.Results: this was compared with 378.36 ± 183.93 minutes in the first stage of labor for women who delivered naturally,which was 378.36±183.93 minutes,The duration of the first stage of labor in the analgesia group was significantly prolonged(< 0.05),which was 438.77 ± 157.29 minutes.The other two stages of labor did not differ between the two groups(< 0.05).Further observation showed that compared with the control group,in the analgesic group,the rate of transient decrease of systolic blood pressure and fetal heart value was obvious,and the rate of temperature rise and utilization rate of oxytocin were obviously increased.The lateral incision rate and 24 h postpartum blood loss of parturients with analgesia decreased significantly,and the 1-minute Apgar score and 10-minute Apgar score of neonates with analgesia increased significantly.(< 0.05)Conclusion: epidural anesthesia can significantly relieve a woman’s pain and increase the length of the first stage of labor,and the increased first stage of labor time is still within the normal labor range.The third stage of labor was not affected.At the same time,that can make the lateral incision rate and cesarean section rate,reduce 24 hours postpartum bleeding decreased,so that the female delivery outcome is better.In addition,it has positive significance for neonatal outcome.
