Specific Feature Of Gut Microbiota In Hans Living In Xining Area Suffered From Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: To analyze the α-diversity,β-diversity and expression of special bacteria in the gut microbiota in patients with coronary heart disease in Han Nationality from Xining area,to clarify the characteristics of the gut microbiota of the above patients in Xining area,and to preliminarily explore the role of these specific gut microbiota in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease in Han Nationality from Xining area.Methods: Collected fresh fecal specimens in the morning of the Han nationality healthy volunteers in Xining area(n=31),coronary heart disease susceptible population in Han Nationality(hypertensive patients)in Xining area(n=38),and the Han nationality coronary heart disease patients with unstable angina in Xining area(n=30).DNA was extracted from the above specimens,and using high-throughput sequencing technology to sequence the V3-V4 region of bacterial ribosomal 16 S r DNA and conduct biological analysis.Results: 1.There were certain differences in the α-diversity andβ-diversity of gut microbiota between Han coronary heart disease patients in Xining area and Han healthy volunteers in Xining area.The proportion of intestinal pathogenic bacteria Pseudomonas,Bradyrhizobium,Sphingopyxis,Blastomonas and Shinella in Han coronary heart disease patients in Xining area was significantly increased.2.Compared with the Han nationality hypertensive patients in Xining area,the α-diversity of the Han nationality coronary heart disease group in Xining area was higher,the β-diversity was also significantly different,and the abundance of beneficial bacteria Faecalibacterium was higher in the coronary heart disease group.Conclusion: 1.There is a certain difference in the distribution diversity of gut microbiota between the Han nationality healthy volunteer group in Xining area and the Han nationality coronary heart disease patient group in Xining area.The abundance of some harmful bacteria in the intestine of the coronary heart disease group is increased.and these pathogenic bacteria may play a role in the pathophysiology of coronary heart disease.2.Compared with patients with hypertension in Xining area,the diversity of gut microbiota in Han nationality coronary heart disease patients in Xining area is higher,and Faecalibacterium,which has a protective effect on the body,highly expresses,and it may play a certain protective role in the Han nationality coronary heart disease patient group in Xining area.
