| Objective: To observe the effects of yiqi Jianpi Yin combined with probiotics on clinical efficacy and immunological indexes(Ig A,Ig G,Ig M,C3,C4)of PATIENTS with IBS-D(spleen deficiency syndrome),and to explore the mechanism of Yiqi Jianpi Yin combined with probiotics on IBS-D,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical application and promotion.Methods:Patients enrolled strictly according to case-selection criteria were divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group was given Yiqi Jianpi Yin plus bifidobacteria triplex living bacteria enteric-soluble capsule orally,and the control group was given bifidobacteria triplex living bacteria enteric-soluble capsule only.Both groups were given the drug for 4 weeks.Before and after medication,TCM syndrome score,serum immunological indexes(Ig A,Ig G,Ig M,C3,C4),IBS severity score,IBS quality of life score and Bristol stool trait score of 2 groups were observed,and clinical efficacy was determined by syndrome manifestations.Results :(1)there were differences in scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group(P < 0.05);In the control group,there was no difference in onset or aggravation after fatigue,onset or aggravation after catching cold and staying in bed,but there were significant differences in diarrhea,abdominal pain and fatigue(P < 0.05).There was no difference in the scores of various TCM syndromes between the two groups after medication,but there were significant differences in the onset or aggravation after diarrhea,abdominal pain,fatigue and onset or aggravation after cold(P < 0.05).(2)There was difference in the total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P < 0.05);The total score of TCM syndrome was significantly different between the two groups after medication,P < 0.05.(3)The total effective rate was 92.86% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group,P < 0.05,the difference was significant.(4)The immunological indexes of the treatment group had no difference in C3,but there were differences in Ig A,Ig G,Ig M and C4(P < 0.05);In control group,there was no difference in Ig M and C3,but there was difference in Ig A,Ig G and C4(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was no difference in immunological indexes of C3 and C4,but significant difference in Ig A,Ig G and Ig M between the two groups(P < 0.05).(5)There were no differences in ib S-QOL scores of different dimensions in the treatment group,but significant differences in mood,daily activities,physical health,diet and interpersonal relationship(P < 0.05).In the control group,there were no differences in mood,personal image,other people’s opinion and sexual life,but significant differences in daily activities,physical health,diet and interpersonal relationship(P < 0.05).After medication,there was no difference in ib S-QOL score of each dimension between the two groups in personal image,diet,other people’s opinion,sexual life and interpersonal relationship,but significant difference in mood,daily activities and physical health(P < 0.05).(6)There was difference in ib S-QOL total score between the two groups(P < 0.05);Comparison of ib S-QOL total score between the two groups after medication,P < 0.05,the difference was significant.(7)There were differences in Bristol stool traits between the two groups(P < 0.05);Bristol stool trait score of the two groups after medication was compared,P < 0.05,with significant difference.Conclusions:1.Yiqi And Jianpi Decoction combined with bifidal-triplet living bacteria enteric-soluble capsule has good efficacy in alleviating TCM syndromes,improving life quality,improving stool characteristics and reducing the severity of disease in PATIENTS with IBS-D(spleen deficiency syndrome),and its clinical efficacy is superior to bifidal-triplet living bacteria enteric-soluble capsule alone.2.The therapeutic effect of Yiqi Jianpi Yin combined with bifidal-triad live bacteria enteric-soluble capsule on PATIENTS with IBS-D(spleen deficiency syndrome)may be realized by regulating the level of immunological indicators. |
