Study On The People-centered Historical Experience Of New China In Fighting The Epidemic

Famine,war and infectious diseases are known as the "three musketeers" of the tragedy of human history,which are often the main reasons for the slow or even stagnation of the historical development of human society.The founding of new China marks the China stood up,rich and realize the great leap,strong,and created the sustained economic growth,long-term stability of the two miracles,in a sense,solve may delay the process of China’s economic and social development "three swordsman" in the "famine" and "war" "two musketeers".As we know to all,since the development of human society,infectious diseases have always been around.They not only set up many obstacles to the development of human civilization,but also become the most dangerous threat to human health in peacetime.In the more than 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,infectious diseases have been outbreak in different periods of development and have had a great impact.How to be proactive and minimize the impact of infectious diseases?History is the best textbook,and the study of the experience against the epidemic is particularly important.This article tries to review the major outbreaks and prevention and control situation since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,summarize the experience and lessons of the previous fight,and extract the important successful experience in the fight,in order to give enlightenment to the epidemic prevention and control.In the history of disease experience since the founding of new China,combined with current "COVID-19" prevention and control,the author increasingly think that the key to Chinese disease resistance is always adhere to the value of the "people as the center" value concept,especially to do "fight disease for the people","disease depends on the people","disease resistance people share".Based on this,this paper studies in the main context of "fighting the epidemic for the people,relying on the people,and sharing the achievements of fighting the epidemic by the people".The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the historical background,the development of the work;the third part is the historical experience and the practical experience of the fight against the new China.
