Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Sjogren Syndrome With Liver And Kidney Deficiency In High Altitude Area By Ziyin Runzhao Decoction

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of Ziyin Runzao Recipe in the treatment of patients with primary Sj(?)gren’s syndrome with liver-kidney yin deficiency,the efficacy and safety of this recipe were evaluated.Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed with Sj(?)gren’s syndrome of liver-kidney yin deficiency type were collected from the rheumatology department of Qinghai Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2020.11 to 2021.09.Using the random number table method,60 patients were divided into two groups,namely the experimental group(Ziyin Runzao Formula and Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets)and the control group(Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets),with 30 patients in each group.TCM syndrome scores,CRP,ESR,RF,Ig A,Ig M,Ig G,saliva flow,ESSPRI score,TCM syndrome efficacy,adverse reactions before treatment and after 7 days,15 days,30 days,and 60 days after treatment To demonstrate the clinical efficacy and safety of Ziyin Runzao Recipe in the treatment of primary Sj(?)gren’s syndrome patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency from an objective point of view.The final data obtained were analyzed using statistical software..Results:Among the 60 patients enrolled,30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group were completed,a total of 60 cases.The experimental group and the control group were compared at each time point during the whole process of internal treatment.The laboratory indicators decreased significantly,and the patient’s TCM syndrome scores and ESSPRI scores were also significantly improved after treatment,with significant statistical differences,and there was no significant abnormal change in safety indicators.There were significant statistical differences between the two groups of patients at each time point after treatment.Conclusion:Ziyin-runzao can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the TCM syndrome score,CRP,ESR,RF and ESSPRI score levels,and improve the level of saliva flow of patients.Ziyin Runzao Prescription combined with HYDROXYchloroquine was superior to hydroxychloroquine group in improving TCM syndrome,ESSPRI score and reducing CRP,ESR and RF levels,and no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.
