| Object1.Construct a scale suitable for evaluating the KAP level of operating room nurses to prevent pressure injury,and carry out item analysis and reliability and validity test2.Use the scale to understand the current situation of KAP in the prevention of pressure injury among operating room nurses in tertiary hospitals in Inner Mongolia and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of training programs for operating room nurses to prevent pressure injury.Method1.First Part:(1)A research group was established to form a scale item database through group discussions by studying the"2019 Edition of Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Pressure Injury","Expert Consensus on Prevention and Nursing of Intraoperative Acquired Pressure Injury"and literature review.(2)Through the Delphi method,the initial items are improved according to the advice of experts,and the initial scale is constructed.(3)The rationality,reliability and stability of the content and structure of the scale were verified through 365 large sample surveys,and the CR(critical ratio)method and correlation test were used to analyze the content and items of the scale.The validity of the scale was tested by substance efficiency,and the reliability of the scale was tested by split-half,test-retest and Cronbach coefficient and finally the"Nurse Prevention in Operating Room"was formed.Pressure Injury KAP Scale.2..Using the KAP Scale for Pressure Injury Prevention for Operating Room Nurses constructed in the first part,the current situation of 266 operating room nurses in tertiary general hospitals in Inner Mongolia was investigated.Methods To analyze the influencing factors of KAP level in the prevention of pressure injury by operating room nurses in Inner Mongolia.Result1.Through the study of the"2019 Edition of The Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Stress Disorders","Expert Consensus on the Prevention and Care of Surgically Acquired Stress Disorders",group discussions and delphi methods,this study formed three dimensions of knowledge(9 items),attitudes(10 items)and behaviors(17items),and the"OPERATING Room Nurses Prevention stress injury prevention KAP Scale(initial version)"with 36 items..2..This study completed item analysis and reliability and validity tests through 365 large sample surveys.The results of item analysis display,that:the t values of each item in the CR test were all greater than 3.00,and P<0.05;greater than 0.4.The test results of each item in the two item analyses met the inclusion criteria,indicating that the item content was reliable.The results of content validity show that:the content validity of the scale is0.986.The content validity of each item is between 0.875 and 1.00.The results of EFA analysis in the structural validity of the scale show,that 3 co-factors are choiceed to explain CV(cumulative coefficient of variation)was 76.335%;CFA analysis(validation factor)results showed that:χ~2/df was 2.269,RMSEA was 0.083,IFI was value is 0.919,TLI value is0.913,CFIvalue is 0.919;factor loadings of each item are>0.5,CR(combination reliability)value>0.60,AVE(mean variance draw)values are all>0.50.Through the above three kinds of validity analysis,the content and structure of the scale formed by testing,screening and verification are good.The Cronbach value of the credibility scale is 0.982,the split-half authenticity value is 0.937,and the test-retest stability value is 0.976.According to the above three reliability test results,it can be seen that the reliability of the scale is better.Through item analysis,validity and reliability tests,the"KAP Scale for the Prevention of Pressure Injury for Operating Room Nurses(official version)",which conforms to psychometric standards,is constructed.It includes 32 items of knowledge(9),attitude(9)and behavior(14).3.The 266 operating room nurses in the tertiary general hospitals in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were surveyed using the constructed"KAP Scale for the Prevention of Stress Injuries by Operating Room Nurses",and the knowledge,attitude and behavior of the scale scored 34.00±7.35,37.30±6.86,55.97±11.04,respectively,and the number of people with good scores in the three dimensions accounted for 41.73%,57.51%and 52.63%of the total number of people,respectively,and the overall level was at a medium level.4.Linear regression found that the title,level,education,operating room working time,and the number of stress injury training or lectures in the past three years that affected the score of the knowledge dimension accounted for 34.1%of the variance;those that affected the score of the attitude dimension were education,surgery hours of work in the operating room and the number of stress injury training or lectures in the past three years,the explained variance rate was 22.8%;education,operating room work time,and the number of stress injury training or lectures in the past three years affected the score of the behavior dimension.the explained rate of variation was 25.3%.Conclusion1.The constructed KAP Scale for Pressure Injury Prevention for Operating Room Nurses.The scale has fine dependability and effectiveness and can be used as a implement to look into knowledge and attitude and behavior of theatre nurse in preventing pressure injury.2.The KAP ability of operating room nurses in Inner Mongolia is at the middle level in the prevention of pressure injury;compared with the three dimensions,the knowledge level is the lowest,the attitude level is acceptable,and the behavior level is low;there are large differences in the level of some dimension items.Targeted training will be taken for items with low overall scores,and a scientific training assessment plan will be formulated to improve the training effect.3.In order to improve the level of IAPI prevention of operating room nurses,it is necessary to strengthen the training of operating room nurses with low education,low seniority and who have not participated in pressure injury training or lectures. |
