| Objective To explore the correlation between Mir-144,Mir-574 and S100A8 in peripheral blood and the degree of coronary atherosclerosis and evaluate the value of single and combined detection of Mir-144,Mir-574 and S100A8 in coronary heart disease.Methods:Ninety patients due to precardiac discomfort underwent percutaneous coronary angiography and diagnosed with coronary heart disease were selected as coronary heart disease group(CHD group).According to the score,the patients were further divided into three groups,among which 29 patients were mild lesions group;There were 20 patients in the moderate disease group and 41 patients in the severe disease group,and 30 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination within the same period and had no previous history of heart disease were selected as the control group.The relative expression levels of Mir-144 and Mir-574 in serum were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(QRT-PCR)and enzymic linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the contents of S100A8.ROC curve was used to evaluate the value of single and combined detection of Mir-144,Mir-574 and S100A8 in coronary heart disease.Results:The contents of mir-144,mir-574 and S100A8 in serum of CHD group increased compared to healthy people(P < 0.05),while there was no statistical significance between mild stenosis,moderate stenosis and severe stenosis.Binary logistics regression analysis suggested that mir-144 and S100A8 were independent risk factors for CHD,while mir-574 was not a significant independent risk factor for CHD.After excluding the influence of Mir-574,The AUC of Mir-144 was 0.793,the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of CHD were0.711 and 0.833 respectively.The AUC of S100A8 was 0.837,with a sensitivity of 0.767 and specificity of 0.967 for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.The AUC of the combined detection of Mir-144 and S100A8 was 0.911,with a sensitivity of 0.867 and specificity of0.933 for the diagnosis of CHD which were better than the diagnosis alone.Conclusion: The contents of mir-144,mir-574 and S100A8 in serum were related to the development of coronary heart disease and mir-144 and S100A8 can be used as independent risk factors of CHD. |
