Objective The purpose of this research is to construct an anchor-PAD class teaching model suitable for the teaching of "Nursing Internal Medicine" under the guidance of constructivism theory in secondary vocational schools.Then,the anchor-PAD class teaching model is applied to the teaching of "Nursing of Internal Medicine" in secondary vocational schools,to explore whether this teaching model can improve class effect and class satisfaction,and to verify the scientificity and effectiveness of this model.The exploration will provide theoretical basis and practical experience of teaching reform in nursing professional courses.Methods First stage: the construction of anchor-PAD class teaching mode.Through literature review and semi-structured interviews with teachers,the first draft of the anchor-point classroom teaching model of internal medicine nursing in secondary vocational schools was initially formed.After the expert meeting,the final draft was finally determined.Second stage: the effect test of anchor-PAD class teaching mode application in secondary vocational schools.This study selected 209 students as the research objects in 4classes of 2019 from secondary vocational nursing major of a city health school in Shandong Province.Randomly classes 1 and 3 were selected as the experimental group(n=104),and classes 2 and 4 as the control group(n= 105).The experimental group adopted the anchor-PAD class teaching mode,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and both carried out a 21-week experimental study.The students’ self-learning ability scale,teaching satisfaction questionnaire,effective teaching evaluation form,final test paper,and process quantitative scoring form were used to collect the relevant data of the two groups of students.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.The count data were described by frequency and composition ratio,and the measurement data were described by mean and standard deviation.The data within groups were compared by paired samples t test,and the data between groups were compared by independent samples t test.Results 1.We constructed the anchor-PAD class teaching mode of "Nursing Internal Medicine" in secondary vocational schools.The participation rate of the two rounds of expert meetings was 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.915.After the first round of expert meeting,12 items were added,14 items were revised,and 1 item was deleted,forming the second round of the meeting questionnaire.The revised anchor-PAD class teaching model includes 4 themes of intensive classroom lectures,knowledge internalization,practical training seminars,and teaching evaluation,with a total of 36 items.After the second round of expert meetings,according to the suggestions of experts,these items of teaching mode were revised,added and adjusted in order.Based on the suggestions of two rounds of expert meetings,the anchor-PAD class teaching mode was finally established.2.The effect test of the teaching mode.Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in age,high school entrance examination scores,average scores in the final exam of the first semester,and autonomous learning ability between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the total score of students’ autonomous learning ability in the experimental group(102.66±10.44)was higher than that in the control group(94.04±10.70),and the final total score(78.82±6.72)was higher than that in the control group(64.86 ± 10.11).There was statistical significance(P<0.001);the students’ teaching satisfaction score in the experimental group(45.85±3.98)was higher than that in the control group(35.57±5.74)(P<0.001);the experts’ effective teaching evaluation score in the experimental group(91.90±1.37)was higher than the control group(72.80 ± 2.04),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion 1.The anchor-PAD class teaching model constructed in this study has certain feasibility and scientificity,and is a teaching practice plan for researchers and front-line teachers.2.The teaching mode enables students to fully play the role of the main body;promotes the interaction between teachers and students,and makes the relationship between teachers and students more harmonious;cultivates students’ autonomous learning ability and cooperation ability;effectively improves the quality of classroom teaching.
