Objective:TAES combined with IN was observed treatment of AMTSRP clinical efficacy and safety,to explore the factors affecting the efficacy of TAES combined with IN treatment of AMTSRP.To provide scientific basis for clinical prevention and treatment of AMTSRP.Methods:1.In study I,Wanfang database and China National Knowledge database were searched by computer Infrastruture,(CNKI),Baidu Academic database,VIP database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Chinese Medical Association digital Journal,Pubmed database,Cochrane Trial database,Embase database,Web of Science,Scienc Direct On Site, and Springer databases. The retrieval time is limited to literature from the creation of the database until 8 May 2021.The use of blinds was not restricted, the language was limited to Chinese and English. The quality of the selected literature was evaluated according to the Cochrane Manual for Systematic Evaluation of Interventions version 2.0.Excel was used to screen and extract the basic information of the selected literature, such as author, publication year, study sample size, study design, intervention measures, outcome indicators,etc..Revman5.4 software was used for Meta analysis, and the main observation index was the efficiency of preventing and treating Radiation pneumonitis(RP).Meanwhile, the use of acupoints and meridians was summarized, providing ideas for the exploration of the second intervention method.2 Study two observation in May 2021 to April 2022 radiation therapy in cancer hospital of Tianjin airport hospital inpatient and outpatient service the lung cancer treated with radiotherapy, will conform to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,128 in patients with pulmonary radiation therapy of lung cancer in hospital successively time order were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, finally completed in 116 cases. There were 56 cases in experimental group and 60 cases in control group. The experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine method TAES combined with IN and normal radiotherapy, while the control group only received radiotherapy alone. The incidence and grade of AMTSRP,TCM syndrome Scale score,QLQ-C30 scale score,QLQ-LC43 scale score,KPS scale score,ZPS scale score,HADS scale score and BFI scale score of the two groups were observed, compared and statistically analyzed.Study 1 evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of RP,providing ideas for the intervention plan of Study 2.Study 2mainly observed the clinical efficacy of TAES combined with IN in the prevention and treatment of AMTSRP,providing reference for reducing the incidence and grade of AMTSRP in clinical practice in the future.Results:1 Meta-analysis results of acupuncture and moxibution prevention and treatment of RP: a total of 42 literatures were retrieved, and 10 literatures were included, including 9 Chinese literatures and 1 English literatures.A total of 668 patients were enrolled, including 336 patients in experimental group and 332 patients in control group. The main outcome index of5 literatures was the incidence of RP,and the incidence of RP in experimental group and control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);Results of the law of acupoint selection:The most frequently used acupoints included in this study are Feishu and Zusanli, with a frequency of 9.The most frequently used meridian was the foot sun bladder meridian, with a frequency of 9.2 Clinical efficacy observation results of TAES combined with IN in the prevention and treatment of AMTSRP:(1)Incidence and grade of AMTSRP: There were 11 AMTSRP subjects in the experimental group, with an incidence rate of 19.7%,including 9 grade 2 RP subjects,2 grade 3 RP subjects, and 0 grade 4 and 5 RP subjects. There were 36 AMTSRP subjects in the control group, with an incidence rate of 58.3%,including 25 grade 2 RP subjects and 10 grade 3 RP subjects. There was 1 case of grade 4 RP and 0 case of grade 5 RP.The incidence of AMTSRP in the experimental group was statistically significant compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)TCM symptoms: The scores of TCM Symptom scale in the experimental group decreased one month after intervention(P<0.05),there was no significant decrease in TCM symptom scale score in the control group(P>0.05);The clinical symptoms of blood in sputum, dry mouth and pharynx, five irritability and fatigue were statistically different in the experimental group(P<0.05).(3)Quality of life: The quality of life of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).(4)Physical condition: the physical condition of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1 Meta-analysis of acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of RP suggests that acupoint massage, acupuncture and thunder fire moxibustion have certain efficacy in the prevention and treatment of RP,among which thunder fire moxibustion has the best efficacy and high safety in the prevention of RP in patients with esophageal cancer. However, due to the lack of relevant literature that can be included, there are certain limitations.2 Joint in TAES and IN reducing the incidence of lung cancer patients AMTSRP and at all levels have certain curative effect, the RP count at the same time in reducing the blood in phlegm,Gan Yan dry mouth, five upset hot and god clinical symptoms of fatigue, improving the quality of life, enhance the physical condition aspect also has certain curative effect, but the individual differences of patients with lung cancer, the illness degree is different, these results may be slightly biased.
