Radiotherapy Baofei Decoction In The Prevention And Treatment Of Acute Radiation Pneumonia Caused By Radiotherapy Of Lung Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Radiotherapy lungpreserving prescription in the prevention and treatment of acute radiation pneumonia caused by lung cancer radiotherapy,so as to provide clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of acute radiation pneumonia caused by lung cancer radiotherapy.Methods:Among the patients admitted to the oncology department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,60 lung cancer patients who met the case selection criteria and planned pulmonary radiotherapy were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,30 patients each.Finally,56 cases were completed,including 28 cases in the experimental group and 28 cases in the control group.Experimental group 28 cases were treated by internal Radiotherapy lungpreserving prescription and intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)joint,the control group 28 cases were treated by intensity modulated radiation therapy alone and radiotherapy in patients with two groups of completion,the incidence of acute radiation pneumonia and its classification,relieve the situation of tumor,related TCM symptom score before and after the treatment,the comparison of the quality of life were observed,and the statistical analysis,and the test drug safety evaluation.Results:1.Radiotherapy completion rate,incidence and grade of acute radiation pneumonia: both groups of patients successfully completed the radiotherapy plan.During the experimental period,8 cases of acute radiation pneumonia occurred in the experimental group,with an incidence of 28.57%,while 12 cases of acute radiation pneumonia in the control group,with an incidence of 42.86%,showing no statistical significance(p>0.05).the experimental group,6 cases Ⅰ level,2 cases Ⅱ level,the control group,3 cases Ⅰ level,7 cases Ⅱ level,2 cases Ⅲ level;It was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.In terms of tumor remission,the experimental group effective rate were39.29% and stabilization rate were 96.43%,the control group effective rate were32.14% and stabilization rate were 96.43%,with no statistical significance(p>0.05).3.TCM syndromes: the total score of TCM symptoms decreased in both groups after treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group(p<0.05).In terms of cough and sputum,shortness of breath,chest tightness,dry mouth,self-perspiration and other symptoms,the experimental group had a significant effect,which was better than the control group(p<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndrome score was 78.57% in the experimental group and 53.57% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.In terms of quality of life,KSP score was 72.86±7.63 points in the experimental group and 68.21±9.05 points in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).5.Safety: no obvious side effects and adverse reactions were found during treatment about drug.Conclusion:Radiotherapy lungpreserving prescription can effectively reduce the severity of acute radiation pneumonia,significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the quality of life of patients.Therefore,it is worthwhile to promote the use of Radiotherapy lungpreserving prescription to protect lung cancer patients.
