Objective:This topic with diabetic kidney disease(DKD)lifestyle correlation research,from relationships,nutrition,health responsibility,sports,stress management,self-realization six aspects respectively with diabetes patients with kidney disease clinical indicators and TCM syndrome type of correlation,in order to come to the conclusion,from the Angle of the lifestyle changes timely intervention in diabetic kidney disease progress,improve disease outcomes,Improve patients’quality of life.Methods:The Chinese version of the Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale(HPLP-Ⅱ)was developed based on the health Promotion Lifestyle scale(HPL)proposed by Professor Pender in 1987.Screening of the center of the affiliated hospital of tianjin academy of traditional Chinese medicine,kidney disease,100 cases of diabetic kidney disease(CKD G1-3)of the patients,through the questionnaire about the way of life in patients with contains six aspects to rate respectively,and collect patients’gender,age,nationality,occupation and other general information,observe the clinical manifestation and determination of TCM syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine,Relevant clinical indicators were collected including FBG,Hb A1c,TC,TG,UA,24H-UPRO,Scr,e GFR,etc.Excel table was developed and SPSS25.0statistical software was used for analysis.Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between lifestyle,clinical indicators and TCM syndrome type.T-test or non-parametric test was conducted for inter-group comparison,and finally the research conclusion was drawn.Results:1.The average level of health behavior in 100 patients with diabetic kidney disease was average,HPLP-Ⅱscore was 127.38±8.53,59%of patients had average level of health behavior,41%of patients had good level of health behavior.The average health behavior level of 100 patients in interpersonal relationship was good(23.16±1.67),the average health behavior level of nutrition was good(25.01±2.41),the average health behavior level of health responsibility was good(23.70±2.41),The average health behavior level of physical activity was average(14.15±3.11),the average health behavior level of stress management was average(18.68±1.66),and the average health behavior level of self-actualization was average(22.68±1.66).2.The clinical data of 100 patients with diabetic kidney disease were as follows:the average age was 60.79±12.1 years,and there were 67 males and 33 females.According to THE CKD stage,the proportion of PATIENTS with G1 stage was 36%,G2 stage was 20%,G3a stage was 11%,and G3b stage was 33%.In laboratory,FBG was 7.32±3.23mmol/L.Hb A1c was 7.00(6.20,8.00)%;TC was5.14±1.66mmol/L,TG was 2.57±2.28mmol/L,LDL-C was 2.6(2.18,3.51)mmol/L,HDL-C was 1.09(0.9,1.31)mmol/L.ALB was 36.34±5.98g/L and BMI was 26.34±3.77kg/m2.FIB was 3.82±1.00 g/L;24h-UPro was 1.54(0.24,4.14)g/24h,UA was 350.62±90.31umol/L,e GFR was 70.26(36.30,116.28)m L/(min·1.73m~2).TCM syndrome type distribution:Deficiency of qi and Yin accounted for 40%of this syndrome,deficiency of spleen and kidney qi accounted for 23%,deficiency of Yin and Yang accounted for 18%,deficiency of liver and kidney Yin accounted for 14%,and deficiency of no this syndrome accounted for5%.In standard cases,blood stasis syndrome accounted for 27%,dampness-heat syndrome accounted for 20%,dampness-turbidity syndrome accounted for 13%,blood stasis dampness-heat syndrome accounted for 13%,water-dampness syndrome accounted for 11%,no standard case accounted for 5%,blood stasis and water-dampness syndrome accounted for5%,blood stasis and dampness-turbidity syndrome accounted for 3%.3.The correlation analysis between HPL and CKD stage showed that THERE was a correlation between HPL and CKD stage,and the lifestyle score decreased with the increase of CKD stage,which was statistically significant(P=0.008<0.05).By pairwise comparison,the correlation between G1 and G3b was the strongest,and the correlation analysis result was P=0.001.4.Analysis results of correlation between biochemical methods and clinical indicators:There was a linear correlation between interpersonal relationship and lipid metabolism index and renal function index(e GFR),and it was statistically significant(P<0.05),and interpersonal relationship had a significant impact on lipid metabolism index(P<0.001),and had a negative relationship with lipid metabolism index,and a positive relationship with renal function index(e GFR).There was a linear correlation between dietary nutrition and lipid metabolism,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was a negative correlation between dietary nutrition and lipid metabolism.There was a linear correlation between physical activity and glucose metabolism(P=0.000<0.05),and there was a negative correlation between physical activity and glucose metabolism.There was a linear and positive correlation between health responsibility and renal function index(e GFR),and it was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a linear correlation between stress management and renal function index(24h-UPRO),and a negative correlation between stress management and renal function index(24h-UPRO),and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was a linear correlation between self-actualization and renal function index(24H-UPRO)and nutritional index,and a negative correlation between self-actualization and renal function index(24H-UPRO),and a positive correlation between self-actualization and nutritional index,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).5.The research results of the correlation between lifestyle and TCM syndrome type:There is a correlation between interpersonal communication and the syndrome type of this deficiency(P<0.05),according to the interpersonal relationship score,in order of liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,no origin deficiency syndrome,Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome(P<0.05);There is a correlation between stress management and syndrome type(P<0.05),according to the pressure management score,the syndrome of deficiency of liver and kidney Yin,deficiency of no origin,deficiency of qi and Yin,deficiency of spleen and kidney qi,deficiency of Yin and Yang were ranked in order(P<0.05);There is a correlation between self-actualization and this deficiency syndrome type(P<0.05),and according to the self-actualization score,they were in the order of liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,no-origin deficiency syndrome,qi-Yin deficiency syndrome,spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome and Yin-yang deficiency syndrome(P<0.05);In standard evidence,there was correlation between health responsibility and standard evidence,and the health responsibility score was successively as dampness and turbid syndrome,water-dampness syndrome,damp-heat syndrome,blood-stasis and dampness syndrome,blood-stasis and water-dampness syndrome,no standard evidence,blood-stasis syndrome,blood-stasis and dampness and turbid syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.In terms of lifestyle,sports have an impact on the glucose metabolism level of DKD patients,interpersonal relationship and diet and nutrition have an impact on the lipid metabolism level of DKD patients,and interpersonal relationship,pressure management,health responsibility and self-realization have an impact on the kidney function level of DKD patients.We should intervene in various ways to delay the development of DKD disease and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Lifestyle in interpersonal relationships,stress management,self-realization and diabetic kidney disease patients was correlated this deficiency syndrome,health responsibility and diabetic kidney disease patients correlated standard empirical,based on interpersonal relationships,stress management,self-realization,health responsibility intervention can improve the development of TCM syndrome types,delay the disease outcome.
