At present,the population of children with disabilities in China is large and increasing.The management mode of most rehabilitation service institutions and competent units is outdated,making it difficult to coordinate and supervise the services;there is no circulation of rehabilitation data among institutions,forming data islands;manual management makes it difficult to achieve dynamic updates of rehabilitation data and the security is poor.To address these problems,it is urgent to build an intelligent rehabilitation system for children with disabilities,strengthen the service supervision of rehabilitation for children with disabilities,improve the operation of the rehabilitation service system,and enhance the quality and efficiency of rehabilitation for children with disabilities.In this paper,we studied the current situation of rehabilitation and management of children with disabilities in China,and the related technologies to realize the digitalization of rehabilitation and management of children with disabilities,designed and implemented the "Accurate Rehabilitation System for Children with Disabilities" based on Oracle APEX development technology.The system is now in use and has been stable and reliable since its operation.The system has realized the digitalization and dynamic updating of the rehabilitation information management of children with disabilities and the accurate assessment of their abilities according to the needs of the competent units and rehabilitation institutions;it has realized the provision of "ready-to-use" rehabilitation services for rehabilitation institutions and the accurate formulation of rehabilitation plans and training programs.The main issues addressed in this paper are as follows.1.To address the problem of manually managed data silos,a data map is constructed by following the data-driven principle and designing a standardized database.The system is linked up and down to provincial and district-level rehabilitation institutions to achieve simultaneous dynamic updating and data sharing of rehabilitation files,solving the problem of data silos between institutions.2.The study completed the construction of the rehabilitation model.Based on the rehabilitation files of children with disabilities,the three-step rehabilitation model of basic file,ability assessment,and precise rehabilitation was designed,implemented and applied in the system.By comparing the rehabilitation data of children before and after the application of the system,the experiment proves that the system in this paper can improve the rehabilitation rate of children with disabilities and improve the efficiency of rehabilitation teachers to a certain extent.3.For data security,this system adopts three kinds of defense measures based on the network layer and data layer.SSO authentication defends against the exhaustive method of violently cracking user passwords;by adding Salt to MD5 encryption defends against the attack of comparing ciphertext to counter-check passwords;by adding SSL layer to HTTP protocol achieves the defense against page hijacking and data leakage.Figure [42] Table [33] Reference [63]...
