Data Visualization Technology And Its Application In Epidemic Prevention And Control

With the continuous development of the whole social productivity,data and information grow rapidly.Data visualization technology transforms massive data into graphics,and uses certain interactive means to effectively convey information,so that people can deeply understand the data and dig out the value behind the data.In order to help the masses perceive the situation and development of COVID-19 in a more timely and intuitive way,collect epidemic data in time,and use Flask,Echarts and other tools to visualize the epidemic situation from COVID-19’s spatial distribution and timing characteristics.The improved SEIR model and regression model in machine learning were used to predict and analyze the epidemic situation.The epidemic data visualization system based on B/S architecture is not only scalable,cross platform and interactive,but also provides a network platform for COVID-19 data visualization display,which makes the data have good accessibility and strong understanding.Aiming at the research of New Coronavirus pneumonia at the end of 2019,this paper designs and implements the COVID-19 data visualization system by using Web front-end related technology and Python.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the research status of data visualization,the basic process of data visualization,several common tools of data visualization,and introduces the challenges of data visualization.Secondly,the key technologies involved in the system development are described.The system selects B/S structure as the system architecture,python as the system development language,Ajax as the development framework,and Flask as the system server development framework.The implementation of the key technology and the advantages of this technology are introduced in detail.Then,the application of data visualization system is studied.Taking the new pneumonia at the end of 2019 as the visualization object,the epidemic data visualization system was designed.According to the needs of users,the functional modules of the system are designed,including the tracing of historical cases and the prediction of epidemic development.The implementation of epidemic prediction and analysis is mainly based on the improved SEIR model and regression model in machine learning.Finally,the epidemic visualization system is summarized and prospected.Through the application research of data visualization technology,taking the overall situation of the epidemic as the breakthrough point,we analyzed the epidemic data,showed the multi-dimensional information and trend of the epidemic with the most intuitive means,and used the improved SEIR model and regression model in machine learning to predict and analyze the epidemic.While conforming to the trend of the Internet,it can help users to obtain epidemic information independently,reduce users’ anxiety and fear,and provide auxiliary support for epidemic prevention and control and decision-making.
