Clinical Observation Of Yilian Zhixie Decoction In Zhe Treatmant Of Ulcerative Colitis Of Damp-heat Type Of Large Intestine

Objective : To observe the clinical effect and safety of Yilian Zhixie decoction,Professor Zhang Yali’s empirical formula,in the treatment of large intestine damp heat ulcerative colitis,so as to provide a safe and effective reference for the treatment of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods : In this study,60 patients with mild and moderate ulcerative colitis in the outpatient department of Gastroenterology of Nangang Branch of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 people in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yilian Zhixie decoction,Professor Zhang Yali’s experience,twice a day,and half an hour after breakfast and dinner;the control group was treated with Compound Berberine Tablets,3 times a day,4 capsules each time.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical comprehensive efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,symptom score and intestinal mucosa score of the treatment group and the control group were compared before and after treatment.Spss25.0 system software was used for analysis to evaluate the unique clinical advantages of Yilian Zhixie decoction in the treatment of diarrhea.Results : After treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,total score of TCM symptoms,Mayo score and mucosal lesion score of the treatment group and the control group were tested.The P values in the two groups were less than 0.01,indicating that the two groups had significant efficacy;the P values between groups were less than 0.05,indicating that the difference between the two groups was significant,and the clinical effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.In the comparison of single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the P values in the two groups were less than 0.01,indicating that the two groups of drugs can significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine;the P value between the groups was less than 0.05 in diarrhea,abdominal pain,anal burning and abdominal distension,which was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group had a better effect on the improvement of the above symptoms than the control group.Among them,in the comparison of purulent and bloody stool,p=0.004(p<0.01),indicating that Yilian Zhixie decoction had a more significant effect on the improvement of purulent and bloody stool.The two groups of patients had no adverse reactions during the treatment,and the safety was high.Conclusion: Yilian Zhixie decoction is effective in the treatment of large intestine damp heat ulcerative colitis.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients,especially in the improvement of diarrhea,pus and blood stool,abdominal pain,anal burning and abdominal distension.It is worth further promotion.
