purposeTo observe the clinical effect of western medicine basic therapy combined with "regulating zang and regulating Qi" massage on patients with acute exacerbation of copd.methodsAccording to the requirements of the 2021 revised "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease",patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and graded iii and IV.were included, with 27 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group. The control group was given oxygen therapy,anti-infection,anti-inflammatory,antispasmodic and asthmatic, cough and sputum reduction and other conventional treatments; The treatment group combined the "dirty qi" massage method on the basis of conventional treatment.Treatment is given once a day for 14 days.Clinical efficacy was compared by observing the COPD Assessment Test(CAT)score, modified UK MRC Dyspnea Index(m MRC),forced expiratory volume(FEV1)in the first second of lung function(FEV1),and ratio of FEV1 to exertion of vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)before and after treatment. The results of1.Baseline: There were no statistically significant differences in gender, age, course of disease,CAT score before treatment and m MRC grade among the four groups(P> o.05),indicating comparability.2.Intra-group comparison of CAT scores:CAT scores of the two groups were significantly improved before and after treatment(P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01).3.Intra-group comparison of m MRC grade between the two groups before and after treatment showed that the m MRC grade after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that the m MRC grade in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.4.After lung function treatment,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.5.Clinical efficacy :The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.3%;The total effective rate of the control group was 85.7%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion"Regulating zang and regulating Qi" massage is an effective method for auxiliary treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD,which can reduce CAT score, reduce m MRC grading, enhance lung function and improve clinical efficacy.
