The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lung- Qi Deficiency Type At Stable Stage Of Copd With Fu Xue Hua Tan San And The Influence On 6MWT、MMRC

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuxuehuatan San acupoint sticking on the treatment of lung-qi deficiency type at stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the influence on 6MWT、MMRC、attacking frequency of AECOPD.Method:200 cases of patients with the syndrome of lung-qi deficiency at stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into the treatment group 100 cases and the control group 100 cases, the treatment group to homemade Fuxuehuatan San from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital,the control group to Yupingfeng Particles. Acupoint sticking time:On the first day of summer ChuFu, ZhongFu and MoFu in 2013 and 2014 attached, once per dog days attached,6 hours each time, attached six times during the observation period,the selected points:Tiantu acupoint, bilateral Zhongfu acupoint, bilateral Dingchuan acupoint, bilateral Feishu acupoint. The Method of taking Yupingfeng Particles:during the summer dog days in 2013,2014, multi-dose "Yupingfeng particles",5 g each time,3 times a day. To observe the changes of two groups of medications in patients with clinical symptoms、6MWT、MMRC andthe attacking frequency of AECOPD in the ChuFu of 2014 and 2015.Results:1.Fuxuehuatan San acupoint sticking treated the Syndrome of Lung-Qi Deficiency at stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.2 years later, the total efficiency of the treatment group was better than the Control group.2.Fuxuehuatan San acupoint sticking could effectively improve patients TCM Syndromes. The symptoms except easy to catch a cold were better than that in the control group.3.Fuxuehuatan San acupoint sticking could significantly improve patient 6 MWT, and was better than that of the control group.4.Fuxuehuatan San acupoint sticking could effectively improve patient MMRC scores, and was better than that of the control group.5.Fuxuehuatan San acupoint sticking could reduce the number of AECOPD, and was better than that of the control group.6.Fuxuehuatan San acupoint sticking observed two years in the majority with mild skin reactions, skin reaction to compare two years, no statistical significance.Conclusions:1. Fuxuehuatan San acupoint sticking may improve clinical symptoms of patients without adverse reaction.2. Fuxuehuatan San acupoint sticking may improve the patients’MMRC score and 6MWT.3. Fuxuehuatan San acupoint sticking may reduce attacking frequency of AECOPD.
