Based On BDNF And IGF-1 To Explore The Effect Of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients With Depression

Objective: To observe the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)score,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,glucose metabolism indexes,serum brain-derived nerve The effect of nutritional factor(BDNF)level and serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)level,evaluate its clinical value and safety of its application,and explore some of itsmechanism of action,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.Method: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and depression who were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method.,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given basic blood sugar control treatment,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction on the basis of the control group for 8 consecutive weeks.The HAMD-17 score,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),fasting insulin(FIns),and insulin resistance index(HOMA)were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.-IR)and the occurrence of adverse reactions,the changes of serum BDNF and IGF-1 levels before and after treatment were detected by ELISA.Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 26.0.Result: 1.Before treatment,general data(sex,age,course of diabetes,course of depression),HAMD-17 score,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FIns,HOMA-There was no significant difference in IR,serum BDNF,IGF-1 levels and safety indexes(P>0.05).2.Comparison within the group after treatment,the HAMD-17 score,TCM syndrome score,and clinical efficacy of the control group were significantly increased(P<0.01),while FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FIns,and HOMA-IR were significantly decreased(P<0.01),serum BDNF level was significantly increased(P < 0.01),serum IGF-1 level was significantly decreased(P < 0.01);experimental group HAMD-17 score,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy were significantly increased(P < 0.01),FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FIns,HOMA-IR were significantly decreased(P < 0.01),serum BDNF levels were significantly increased(P < 0.01),and serum IGF-1 levels were significantly decreased(P < 0.01).3.Before and after treatment,the difference of each index between the control group and the experimental group was compared,the difference of HAMD-17 score,the difference of TCM syndrome score,the difference of FPG,the difference of 2h PG,the difference of Hb A1 c,the difference of FIns,the difference of HOMA-IR There were significant differences in serum BDNF and IGF-1 levels(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in serum BDNF and IGF-1 levels(P<0.01),indicating that the experimental group improved HAMD-17 score,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FIns,HOMA-IR,serum BDNF and IGF-1 levels were better than the control group.4.Comparison of safety indicators: During the treatment period,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the control group and the experimental group.Conclusion: 1.Both the control group and the experimental group can improve the HAMD-17 score,TCM syndrome score,FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FIns,HOMA-IR,serum BDNF and IGF-1 levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with depression,and it has a clinical effect.,and the treatment effect of the experimental group on the above indicators was better than that of the control group.2.Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction has definite clinical curative effect in treating patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by liver and stomach disharmony,and can improve the depression state,glucose metabolism indexes and insulin resistance of patients.3.After Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction treats liver-stomach discord type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with depression,serum BDNF and IGF-1 levels have significant changes,suggesting that the mechanism of action of this recipe may be related to serum BDNF and IGF-1 levels.It deserves further study.
