In the process of China’s rapid urbanization, the wave of migrant workers has led to the parents of a large number of rural left behind children gradually neglecting to take care of their children, resulting in the growth retardation of rural left behind children, unreasonable dietary and nutritional structure, lack of health knowledge, difficulty in disease prevention and treatment, easy to produce psychological diseases and other problems,as well as the lack of health and medical knowledge of temporary guardians,The left behind children in rural areas have many problems in health care, and their physical and mental health development has become more and more disadvantageous. With the continuous expansion of the application scope of smart medicine, integrate urban and rural medical resources through big data,Internet of things and other information technologies, realize cross regional remote treatment, and make use of wearable health monitoring products to enable rural left behind children to obtain health and medical services. At the same time, parents who go out to work can also feel at ease because they can understand their children’s physical and mental health in real time. The original intention of the design is to convey beauty, improve people’s quality of life, seek well-being for people’s happy life, pay attention to the problems of rural left behind children,so that this special group of rural left behind children can get high-quality health and medical services, and strengthen the care and love of the whole Society for children’s physical and mental health and medical conditions, which is also the urgent hope and development direction of the country and society.“Cluster upgrading”refers to the rural areas with great development potential mentioned in the latest National Rural Revitalization strategic plan, which is the majority of rural areas in China. With the gradual expansion of the scale of “cluster upgrading”rural areas, the continuous increase of population, the gradual improvement of various infrastructure, and the continuous flow of health and medical resources has been inclined to “cluster upgrading”rural areas. For the left behind children aged 6-14 who are served by one or both parents who have been away for more than half a year and live in “cluster promotion”rural areas, the research content mainly includes five parts: background research, basic research, user research, strategy analysis and design practice.Firstly,it summarizes the research background, research status at home and abroad, determines the research object and scope, puts forward the research methods, significance and innovation, and determines the research ideas and framework.Secondly,it mainly focuses on the health care problems, service design and health care services of rural left behind children. Then, questionnaire survey and interview research are used to conduct user survey on core stakeholders, and Kano model and better worth coefficient analysis method are combined to conduct important level analysis on functional requirements. Then from the perspective of service design, design analysis, design principles and design strategies are studied, and the service system model is constructed. Finally, the user role model and service system content are determined according to the design positioning, the design practice of mobile application software and intelligent Bracelet hardware is carried out,and the design evaluation is carried out by using typical user groups through usability testing. In view of the current health and medical problems of rural left behind children, through the innovation of their health and medical services with the thinking of service system design, reorganize service contacts, integrate medical information, take user needs as the core, integrate resources of all parties, create value together, build a sustainable value chain combining online and offline service system operation, and improve the health and medical service experience of rural left behind children,So as to expand the design idea of rural left behind children’s health and medical service system. |
