Clinical Study On Treatment Of Adolescent Pseudomyopia(Qi Deficiency Constitution) By Auricular Acupoint Pressing Bean Combined With Du-moxibustion

Objective: Through scientific clinical trial design and clinical data analysis,to explore the clinical efficacy of auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with du-moxibustion in the treatment of adolescent pseudomyopia(Qi deficiency constitution),and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of adolescent pseudomyopia in clinic.Methods: 72 adolescent patients with qi deficiency constitution diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine and pseudomyopia diagnosed by Western medicine were randomly divided into acupoint pressing bean combined with du-moxibustion group 36 cases(72 eyes)and ear acupoint bean pressing group 36 cases(72 eyes).Ear acupoint bean pressing therapy: Choose eye,eye 1,eye 2,liver,lung,spleen,kidney,subcortex and other auricular points were selected to use auricular point pasting both ears alternately,daily kneading 5 times,5-10 minutes each time,intensity to produce acid distension tolerance degree,every 3 days to replace 1 time,30 days as a course of treatment.Du-moxibustion therapy: Du as the center(Dazhui point to Yaoshu Point)moxibustion,radiation jiaji point,bladder through the first side line.The subjects were followed up before enrollment,after treatment and one month after treatment to record the uncorrected visual acuity,diopter and qity-deficiency constitution score of each group,establish a database,input relevant data with WPS,and analyze the data with SPSS 21.0 software.Results:1.Overall effective rate: After 30 days of treatment,the total effective rate of auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with du-moxibustion group was 85%;The total effective rate of auricular acupoint pressing group was 79.69%,there was a significant difference(P <0.01).One month after the end of treatment,the follow-up results showed that the total effective rate of auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with du-moxibustion group was78.33%;The total effective rate of auricular acupoint pressing group was 71.88%,there was statistically significant(P < 0.05);2.Naked eye visual acuity:the naked eye visual acuity of the after treatment and 1 month after treatment was compared with that before treatment within the group.There were significant differences in naked eye visual acuity before and after treatment between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.01);Comparison between groups,the diopter of the two groups at each stage after treatment uncorrected visual acuity was compared,and it was found that the group of auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with du-moxibustion was significantly better than the group of auricular acupoint pressing bean alone(P < 0.05).3.Diopter(Mydriatic before): the diopter of the after treatment and 1 month after treatment was compared with that before treatment within the group.There were significant differences in diopter and after treatment between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.01);Comparison between groups,the diopter of the two groups at each stage after treatment was compared between the two groups,and the results showed that the group of auricular acupoint pressing beans combined with du-moxibustion was significantly better than the group of auricular acupoint pressing beans alone(P < 0.05).4.The auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with du-moxibustion group and simple ear bean group before and after the treatment of qi deficiency constitution score comparison,discovered auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with du-moxibustion therapy and pure ear bean therapy can effectively improve the state of qi deficiency constitution(P< 0.01).but the comparison of qi deficiency constitution score between the two groups after treatment showed that the combination of the two methods had a more significant effect on improving the constitution bias state of Qi-deficiency(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Auricular acupoint pressing bean therapy combined with du-moxibustion and auricular acupoint pressing bean therapy alone can effectively improve naked eye vision and reduce diopter,and improve the system bias of qi deficiency.However,the combined use of du-moxibustion therapy and ear acupoint pressing bean therapy has a more significant therapeutic effect.
