| Objective:This topic aims to explore the difference in clinical efficacy between sedation and tranquilizing acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia and anxiety and conventional medicine Jieyu Anshen granule in the treatment of insomnia and anxiety,so as to provide theoretical basis for sedation and tranquilizing acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia and anxiety. Methods: The 72 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, among which 36 patients were treated with sedation and Tranquilizing acupuncture as the treatment group, and the other 36 patients were treated with conventional medicine Jieyu and Anshen granules as the control group.Four shencong,Shenmen(double)and Sanyinjiao(double)were selected as the main points in the sedation and tranquilizing acupuncture group. The control group received jieyu Anshen granule orally.PSQI and HAMA scores of the patients were observed after treatment, and SPSS25.0was used for statistical analysis to analyze the therapeutic effect of sedation and tranquilizing acupuncture on insomnia accompanied by anxiety.Results:1.Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment: there were statistically significant differences in PSQI total score and HAMA score between the two groups(p<0.05),indicating that the two methods have good effects on the treatment of insomnia and anxiety. However, there was no statistically significant difference in PSQI sub-item sleep efficiency and sleep disorder score in the control group(p > 0.05).The results showed that the treatment effect of sleep efficiency and sleep disorder items in the control group was not good.2.Compared between the two groups, the PSQI total score and HAMA score after treatment in the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that sedation and Tranquilization acupuncture was more significant in the treatment of insomnia with anxiety symptoms than jieyu Anshen Granule group, and the sleep efficiency of minor items in the PSQI scale after treatment was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Compared with jieyu Anshen granules, the sedative anshen acupuncture method can improve the sleep efficiency of patients.3.Analysis of overall clinical efficacy: the total efficacy of the treatment group was90.9%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.8%),indicating that sedation and Tranquilization acupuncture is effective in treating insomnia and anxiety, and its effect is superior to conventional medicine Jieyu and Anshen granules. Conclusion:Sedation and Tranquilizing acupuncture and conventional medicine Jieyu Anshen granules are effective in the treatment of insomnia accompanied by anxiety, but in comparison, sedation and Tranquilizing acupuncture has a more significant improvement in insomnia symptoms, and sedation and Tranquilizing acupuncture has a greater degree of relief of anxiety than Jieyu anshen granules. |
