The development of information technology brings great convenience to telemedicine and medical image sharing.However,as a special and highly private digital image,medical image is inevitably intercepted or tampered when transmitted on the public network.Once a patient’s medical image is leaked or maliciously used and manipulated,it is easy to lead to a series of social problems.Therefore,in the field of medical and health,it is essential to strengthen the safe sharing of medical images.As a new distributed storage technology,blockchain technology has been applied to the secure sharing of medical images on account of its decentralization,distrust,anti-tampering and traceability.However,the introduction of blockchain technology has the problem of key loss.Once the key is lost,the purpose of data sharing cannot be achieved.As a multi carrier secret protection method,secret sharing technology can solve the problem of secret key management.In addition,using QR code as the carrier can prevent the noise like shadow image generated by secret sharing from being attacked in the public channel.Nevertheless,QR code as a carrier has the disadvantage of low embedded information capacity.To sum up,aiming at the problem of secret key loss in blockchain medical image sharing and the shortage of low embedded information capacity of QR code as carrier,this thesis proposes the research on medical image sharing method combining blockchain and QR code.The specific contents are as follows:(1)A verifiable medical image sharing method combined with block chain is proposed.This method is based on the improved polynomial secret image sharing and visual secret sharing technology,so that at least k shadow images can restore the original secret image without damage.It has the advantages of simple identity authentication and can realize medical image sharing.In addition,the restoration and authentication of secret medical images can be realized by using the smart contract of blockchain,which can create a trusted environment so that participants can reconstruct shared medical images without consuming computing power.(2)An authenticated medical image sharing method embedded with small shadow QR code is proposed.In this scheme,an improved secret sharing method is used to generate small shadow images,and the small shadow images are embedded into the error correction region of QR code with QR code as the carrier.At the same time,the authentication bit stream generated by the shadow image is embedded in the QR code data area for subsequent authentication.In addition,the blockchain can also record the authentication and sharing records of medical images to facilitate the tracking of historical records. |
