Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Adding And Subtracting Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction In Treating Post-traumatic Brain Syndrome(PTBS)

Objective:To investigate the curative effect and principle of adding and substracting tongqiao huoxue decoction in treating post-traumatic brain syndrome(PTBS).According to the theory of Traditional Chinese medicine and the research of modern medicine,tongqiao huoxue decoction can promote blood circulation,relieving pain,and refreshing.In this project,the patients with PTBS were respectively treated with conventional western medicine and tongqiao huoxue decoction added and reduce combined with western medicine,Through observation and comparation of the improvement of the two groups patient’s the average blood flow velocity of intracranial arteries,clinical symptoms and health score before and after treatment,and then study the the effect and principle of adding and substracting tongqiao huoxue decoction in treating PTBS.Methods:50 patients with PTBS who met the inclusion criteria of the subject were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given treatment in routine western medicine.According to different symptoms,the treatment group was treated with adding and subtracting tongqiao huoxue decoction combined with western medicine.The mean blood flow velocity of intracranial arteries,clinical sign and health score were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.SPSS 26.0 was be applied to data-processing and statistical analysis.Results:1.After treatment,the improvement degree of average blood flow velocity of intracranial arteries and clinical symptoms in adding and subtracting tongqiao huoxue decoction treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),showing statistical differences between the two groups in terms of intracranial mean blood flow velocity and clinical symptoms.2.After treatment,according to the score of SF-36 scale,the two groups were different in both physical and mental health,and the score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).3.After treatment,referring to the standard of cure and improvement and the rules of RPQ scoring,the total number of effective patients in the treatment group was 23,accounting for 92%,and in the control group was 18,accounting for 72%.The total effective rates were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Adding and subtracting tongqiao huoxue decoction can promote the improvement of cerebral blood flow,relieve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with PTBS.2.Post-traumatic brain syndrome can be treated by adding and subtracting tongqiaohuoxue decoction combined with conventional treatment of western medicine,which can increase the clinical effect compared with conventional treatment of western medicine,...
