Based On Data Mining To Explore The Medication Rule Of Professor Han Fengjuan In The Treatment Of Uterine Fibroids

Objective:By collecting the TCM prescriptions of Professor Han Fengjuan for the treatment of uterine fibroids,the author made statistics,analysis and induction,explored the medication rules of professor Han Fengjuan in the treatment of uterine fibroids,and summarized the TCM syndrome differentiation and academic thoughts of Professor Han Fengjuan in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 164 patients with uterine fibroids were treated by Professor Han Fengjuan in the outpatient department of gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to December 2021.The name,age,syndrome type and prescription of patients were recorded,a database was established,standardized treatment of drugs was carried out,the four qi and five tastes,meridian and efficacy categories of drugs were recorded,and relevant data tables were established.Apply all the medical record data compilation basis template to import,ancient and modern basis platform for age and frequency analysis,application of auxiliary platform(V3.0)of the four gas mixed,sexual flavour to return by the frequency analysis,function category,drugs with correlation analysis and cluster analysis,summed up the professor feng-juan han medication rules for the treatment of uterine fibroids.Results:1.Basic information: Among the 164 prescriptions studied,76 patients aged 40-49 were the most,accounting for 46.34%.The second group was30-39 years old,with 73 people,accounting for 44.51%.In the analysis of syndrome types,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome accounted for the largest proportion of 109 patients,accounting for 66.46%,followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,accounting for 13.41%,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,accounting for 8.54%,damp-heat stasis syndrome,accounting for 6.10%,phlegm-dampness and blood stasis syndrome,accounting for 3.05%.2.Analysis of drug frequency and frequency: a total of 130 drugs were used in the prescriptions of 164 patients with uterine fibroids,with a total frequency of 2211 times.The average frequency of drug use was 17.01 times,and the frequency of high-frequency drug use was 1034 times,accounting for46.77%,and the total frequency was 59.46%.3.According to the results of four-gas analysis of drugs,cold drugs were used 771 times,accounting for 35.66%,followed by flat drugs,729 times,accounting for 33.72%,and warm drugs,633 times,accounting for 29.28%.The use of thermal and cooling drugs was only 1.34% of the total frequency.4.According to the results of the frequency of five flavors of drugs,the most significant drugs in the treatment of uterine fibroids were Weimin(1322times,accounting for 38.84%),weimin(1196 times,accounting for 35.14%)and Weimin(690 times,accounting for 20.27%).5.According to the analysis results of drug classification,the top two drug use frequency were 1100 times of the spleen meridian of foot taiyin,accounting for 20.51%,924 times of the liver meridian of foot Jue Yin,accounting for 17.23%,and 922 times of the lung meridian of hand taiyin,accounting for 17.19%.6.According to the classification analysis of TCM functions and indications,deficiency tonic drugs were the most frequently used 642 times,accounting for 29.96%,followed by heat-clearing drugs 458 times,accounting for 21.18%,and drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis 356 times,accounting for 16.47%,accounting for 67.34%.7.Four pairs of common drugs and three groups of clustering prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis.Common drugs for dangshen-Astragalus membranaceus,Chinese yam-Atractylodes rhizoma-endothelium corneum gigeriae galli,Astragalus membranaceus-Chinese yam,three-rhizoma zedoary.Commonly used drug combinations are Anemarrhenae-Yam-Astragalus-Atractylodes-endothelium corneum gigeriae galli;Chinese yam-Anemarrhenae-endothelium corneum gigeriae galli-Codonopsis-Motherwort;Oyster-Prunella-Atractylodes atractylodes-Bupleurum-endothelium corneum gigeriae galli.Conclusion:1.The high-frequency core drugs used by Professor Han Fengjuan in the treatment of uterine fibroids include: Atractylodes macrocephala,Gienijin,Yam,Anemarrhenae,Astragalus membranaceus,Trichosanthin,Codonopsis pilosula,Trichosanthin and Zedoary.2.Professor Han Fengjuan’s medicine for uterine fibroids is cold,flat and warm.The taste of medicine is sweet,bitter and spicy.Most of the drugs are spleen meridian,liver meridian and lung meridian.3.Professor Han Fengjuan’s treatment of uterine fibroids often witnessed the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis.The pathogenesis of the disease could both lump and imperfection,showing an alternate course of deficiency.The pathological property belongs to the essence and deficiency,and the deficiency and deficiency are mixed.4.Professor Han Fengjuan’s academic thoughts on the treatment of uterine fibroids are as follows:(1)Take care of the spleen and stomach,yangzheng except product;(2)Promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,eliminate disease and sanknot;(3)Treatment by stages,elimination and complement.
