Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Psoriasis With Wugongbaidu Decoction Combined With Ozone Hydrotherapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wugongbaidu decoction combined with ozone hydrotherapy in treating psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome).Methods:According to the order of treatment,108 outpatients of psoriasis vulgaris who met the criteria for inclusion were randomly divided into treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group.Ultimately,98 cases were completed,among which 33 cases in treatment group 1 were treated with Wugongbaidu decoction combined with ozone hydrotherapy,among which 34 cases in treatment group 2 were taked with Wugongbaidu decoction,and the rest 31 cases in control group were treated with Xiaoyin capsule.The contents to be observed and recorded include skin lesion area and severity,TCM syndrome score,serum CRP and PDW.Results:1.PASI scores and TCM syndrome scores of patients in the three groups were apparently improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),PASI scores and TCM syndrome scores of patients in the treatment group 1 and 2 were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group 1 was better than the treatment group 2(P<0.05).2.After the treatment,the total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement in the treatment group 1 was 90.91%,the treatment group 2 was 79.41%,and the control group was 70.97%.On the basis of data analysis,there is a significant difference in the total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement among the three groups of patients(P<0.05).3.After the treatment,the serum CRP and PDW levels of the three groups of patients were apparently lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 excel in the control group about the degree of reduction(P<0.05),while the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2 was at the same level(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The combination of Wugongbaidu decoction and ozone hydrotherapy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome)can markedly improve the patient’s PASI scores and TCM syndrome scores.2.Wugongbaidu decoction combined with ozone hydrotherapy can reduce the level of CRP and PDW in serum.3.Wugongbaidu decoction combined with ozone hydrotherapy is a safe and effective method to treat psoriasis vulgaris(blood-heat syndrome).
