Objective:The clinical effect of acupotomy combined with shockwave on subpatellar fat pad injury under the guidance of tendon theory was observed and analyzed.Comparing the reinforcement theory under the guidance of needle knife therapy and shock wave therapy and the reinforcement theory of shock wave and needle knife therapy for the treatment of patellar under the effect of the fat pad of sex, study the fat pad under the treatment of patellar damage, the best way and optimize the existing of patellar fat pad injury treatment, clinical scientific research to provide effective basis for the future. Methods:From September 2021 to August 2021,90 patients with subepatellar fat pad injury who had met the treatment criteria of this study were collected and randomly divided into three groups, with 30 patients in each group.Acupotomy group was treated with acupotomy therapy based on the theory of meridian and tendon;Shockwave therapy with extracorporeal shockwave therapy apparatus was used to treat patients in the shockwave group.Patients in the treatment group were treated by acupotomy therapy with extracorporeal shock wave therapy instrument under the guidance of tendons theory.Clinical scores were compared before treatment,at 1 week,4 weeks, and 12 weeks after treatment.VAS score,Lysholm score,KSS score and other clinical data were recorded, data differences among the three groups were compared, and clinical effects were comprehensively evaluated.Results:1.After the analysis of clinical effective rate at 1 week,4 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,it was concluded that the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the combined acupotomy shock wave group.2.Before treatment, age, gender, number of patients,VAS score,Lysholm score and KSS score were compared. The results showed that P >0.05 was not statistically significant and could be compared.3.1 VAS evaluation,Lysholm evaluation and KSS evaluation of the three groups were compared within the group at week 1.After data analysis, the conclusion was: P value <0.05,which had certain statistical significance, indicating that all the above three treatments were feasible in clinical treatment; At 1 week,VAS evaluation,Lysholm evaluation and KSS evaluation were compared among the three groups. After data analysis,it was concluded that P value <0.05,which had certain statistical significance, and the treatment group was higher than the acupotomy group and shock wave group.4.4 weeks,VAS evaluation,Lysholm evaluation and KSS evaluation of the three groups were compared within the group. After data analysis,it was concluded that P value <0.05,which had certain statistical significance, indicating that all the above three treatments were feasible in clinical treatment. At 4 weeks,VAS evaluation,Lysholm evaluation and KSS evaluation were compared among the three groups. After data analysis,it was concluded that P value <0.05,which had certain statistical significance, and the treatment group was higher than the acupotomy group and shock wave group.5.12 weeks later, the VAS evaluation,Lysholm evaluation and KSS evaluation of the three groups were compared within the group. After data analysis,it was concluded that P value <0.05,which had certain data meaning, and also indicated that all the three groups were clinically effective.VAS evaluation,Lysholm evaluation and KSS evaluation were compared among the three groups after 12 weeks of clinical treatment.Data analysis showed that P value <0.05,which had certain statistical significance, indicating that the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the acupotomy group and shock wave group.Conclusion:1.Acupotomy combined with shockwave therapy under the guidance of the theory of tendons is effective in the treatment of subpatellar fat pad injury, and its efficacy is far superior to acupotomy group and shockwave group.2.Acupotomy combined with shockwave therapy for the treatment of subpatellar fat pad injury under the guidance of the theory of tendons has reliable effect, simple operation and easy popularization. It has significant effect in alleviating knee pain and improving knee motion.
