ObjectiveBy investigating the post-traumatic growth status of female breast cancer patients, discussing its influencing factors, excavating favorable factors to promote the positive growth of patients, and providing a scientific basis for effective psychological rehabilitation and nursing of breast cancer patients.Methods1.A questionnaire survey method was used to select female patients with breast cancer diagnosed by pathology in a tertiary hospital in Heilongjiang Province as the research object.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 164 breast cancer patients through general demographic data survey, clinical disease data survey,post-traumatic growth scale, social support scale, brief coping style scale, and Chinese version of the event-related rumination scale. The questionnaires were entered by two persons through Epi Data software, and the follow-up survey data were analyzed by SPSS software.2.Using the interview survey method, the breast surgery and radiology departments of two tertiary hospitals in Qiqihar City,Heilongjiang Province adopted the method of purposeful sampling to select 12 cases of breast cancer patients who were in line with this study(the sample size was based on the standard of data saturation),and refined this study. The interview subjects conducted semi-structured interviews to understand the post-traumatic growth status of breast cancer patients. The whole interview was accompanied by transcripts. After the interview, the content of the text data was organized and analyzed to discuss the post-traumatic growth of breast cancer patients.Results1.(1)The questionnaire survey shows that the total score of post-traumatic growth of breast cancer patients is(65.69±15.74).Scores in each dimension: life perception(18.91±6.46),personal strength(9.55±3.62),new possibility(12.38±4.50),relationship with others(10.80±3.62),self-transformation(14.04±4.63)point.(2)The total score of social support for breast cancer patients is(39.32±9.89),the total score of coping style is(43.06±15.69),and the total score of event-related ruminant meditation is(29.04±15.34).(3)The univariate analysis results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the four oral variables of age, residence, education level, and work status among breast cancer patients(P<0.01);it was related to the length of illness, whether radiotherapy or chemotherapy, whether There were statistically significant differences in the four clinical variables of surgery and breast-conserving(P<0.05).(4)The results of the Pearson Association analysis showed that: The overall post-traumatic increase in breast cancer patients was positively associated with total social support(r=0.444,P<0.01);between the total score of coping style(r=0.423,P<0.01);Ruminant and ruminant meditation: general manifestations and correlations(r=0.451,P<0.01).(5)Generally,post-traumatic growth is divided into dependent variables, and univariate analysis and statistical significance are carried out as independent variables Pearson correlation analysis.Further linear regression results show: working conditions, active coping styles, invasive contemplation,breast-conserving conditions,Six variables including length of illness, age, utilization of support, and education level explained 62.6% of the variance in the total score of post-traumatic growth.(6)The mediating effect test of post-traumatic growth and ruminant meditation shows that purposeful ruminant meditation has a completely mediating effect in the relationship between invasive ruminant meditation and post-traumatic growth.2.The results of the interview survey showed that the post-traumatic growth level of female breast cancer patients is good, which is reflected in the following aspects:(1)the patients have a more thorough understanding of life and more insights after the disease;(2)the patients have obvious self-strength enhancement after the disease. The heart is full of strength;(3)the change in interpersonal relationships has the most direct impact on cancer patients, and can clearly feel the enhancement of the relationship with others;(4)after the disease, the patient’s self-transformation has undergone great changes, and his thinking has undergone great changes;(5)When talking about "" In the future",patients still have hope for the future and look forward to the future life, but have no idea of cultivating hobbies.ConclusionPost-traumatic growth is common in breast cancer patients, and the level of post-traumatic growth is moderately high. The patient’s age, education level, work status, length of illness,breast-conserving status, active coping style, invasive meditation, and support availability may be the main factors that affect the level of post-traumatic growth.Among them, the influence of ruminant meditation on post-traumatic growth is achieved through purposeful meditation as a complete intermediary. |
