Based On Date Mining To Study The Medication Rule Of Professor Chen Guimin In The Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Intermingled Male Diseases

Objective:Based on data mining technology,this study summarizes Professor Chen Guimin’s medication rules of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in the treatment of male diseases(chronic prostatitis,varicocele,semen abnormalities,premature ejaculation).Combined with clinical examples,the study optimizes the medication scheme of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in male diseases,and provides valuable reference for the development of new drugs and clinical treatment.Methods:This paper collects Professor Chen Guimin’s prescriptions for the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type chronic prostatitis,varicocele,semen abnormalities and premature ejaculation in the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation in the 928th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force.Preliminary collection of 916 newly diagnosed patients from June 2018 to September 2021.Preliminary processing of collected data using Excel 2013;Frequency analysis of data using R4.1.2;The association rules of high-frequency medicine were analyzed by SPSS Modeler 18.0 and visualized by Cytoscape_v3.9.0.SPSS Statistics 25.0 was used for cluster analysis of high-frequency medicine.To explore the potential relationship of Chen Guimin in treating male diseases of phlegm and blood stasis type,and Summary of clinical experienceResults:(1)147 cases were included in the screening of 916 newly diagnosed cases.The age of patients was mainly concentrated in 25-32 years old,with 89 cases,accounting for 60.54%of the total.(2)The tongue and pulse conditions of 147 patients were analyzed.The results showed that the blue and purple tongue appeared 45 times,the white and greasy tongue coating appeared 46 times,and the most frequently appeared in the tongue.The most frequent occurrence of pulse was string thinning 34 times.(3)Among 147 prescriptions,138 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used,with a total frequency of 2208 times.(4)The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine has 17 categories,and more than 10 times are tonifying deficiency medicine 36,clearing heat medicine 22,diuresis and dampness medicine 13,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine 13,regulating qi medicine 10,accounting for 68.22%of the total frequency;four-gas statistics showed that there were 48 warm medicine,47 cold medicine and 32 flat medicine,accounting for 92.03%;the five flavor statistics showed that sweet taste 74,bitter taste 62,pungent taste 47,accounting for 91.70%;Twelve meridians statistics showed74 liver meridians,61 kidney meridians,46 spleen meridians,46 lung meridians,etc.(5)Based on the apriori algorithm in association rules,the confidence was set to 85%,the support was set to 10%,and the maximum number of antecedents was 1 get 22 groups;the confidence was 96%,the support was 20%,and the maximum number of antecedents was 2 get 33 groups.6.Based on the cluster tree analysis get five groups of drugs.Conclusion:1.Professor Chen Guimin commonly used drugs property in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of male diseases are warm,flat and cold;drug taste sweet,bitter,pungent,salty;meridians were liver,kidney,spleen,lung;efficacy has tonic medicine,heat-clearing medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,diuretics,soothing liver qi,etc.2.The formation of phlegm and blood stasis in the collected cases is mostly related to qi deficiency.In the treatment,tutors often add and subtract on the basis of Tounongsan and Guizhi Fuling Pill.Mentor to the whole yang deficiency as the key pathogenesis,take 1 disease phlegm drinkers,should be warm medicine.’There are often local phlegm and blood stasis heat,so often add Forsythia,dandelion,mushroom,Zhejiang Fritillaria and other scattered local heat.3.Based on the idea of treating different diseases with the same method,the relationship between medicine,syndrome and disease should be considered.In the abnormal semen sperm survival rate is low,poor sperm motility and other issues after removing phlegm and blood stasis to kidney essence,commonly used Wuzi Yanzong pill and Liuwei Dihuang pill.For premature ejaculation often accompanied by impotence,after the solution of phlegm and blood stasis is still given priority to with kidney astringent essence,commonly used lock yang,cuttlebone,Yizhiren,cherry,centipede,etc.
