Clinical Observation Of PRP Combined With Bushen Huoxue Prescription In The Treatment Of Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Ulcer Occlusive Disease (Spleen Kidney Yang Dediciency Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the lower limb arteriosclerosis ulcer obliterans patients improvement in clinical symptoms whose treatmented by the PRP joint Bushen Huoxue prescription(spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome);to evaluate the overall efficacy of PRP combined with Bushen Huoxue prescription.Compared with basic treatment,the feasibility and safety of PRP combined with Bushen Huoxue prescription in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis ulcer obliterans were further evaluated.Methods:A total of 46 patients with arteriosclerosis ulcer obliterans of lower limbs(dialectically classified as spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome in Traditional Chinese medicine)who were hospitalized in the Department of Peripheral vascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to December 2021 were selected.Forty-six patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number method,with 23 patients in each group.Both groups were given intravenous sulodexide injection,Xingxiong sodium chloride injection,and oral Chinese medicine decoction tonifying kidney and huoxue prescription.The treatment group was treated with PRP local spraying and injection for 21 days.To observe wound score,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen and dorsum temperature of affected limb before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy was evaluated according to clinical symptoms and signs.Results:The efficacy of PRP spraying and injection in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the observation group after basic treatment,and the effective rates were 86.96%and 65.22%,with statistical difference.After treatment,the wound area score,wound depth score,granulation tissue score,exudate situation score,pain degree score,dorsum temperature of affected limb and CRP in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,with statistical differences.After treatment,prothrombin time and fibrinogen in the two groups had no significant statistical significance.Conclusion:1.PRP combined with Bushen Huoxue prescription has obvious curative effect in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis ulcer occlusive disease(spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome),which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and promote wound healing.2.PRP combined with Bushen Huoxue prescription(spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)can improve fibrinogen and prothrombin time,significantly reduce wound scores and CRP,and increase the temperature of affected limbs and dorsolateral feet.3.PRP wound spraying and injection has obvious therapeutic effect without obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of widespread clinical use.
