Based On The Real World,the Clinical Efficacy Of Bovine Yellow Throat Pills In The Treatment Of Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (Wind And Fever Evidence) And Its Effect On CRP Were Studied

Objective:Niuhuang Liyan Pills is a traditional Chinese medicine formulas extracted effective active ingredients from Chinese herbal medicines in Pharmacy of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.This study mainly observes the therapeutic effect of Niuhuang Liyan Pill on acute upper respiratory tract infection,and further explores the clinical value of Niuhuang Liyan Pill in treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection and some basis for clinical application in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:A total of 154 patients who attended the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 and met the inclusion criteria were divided into a control group of 74 cases and a treatment group of 80 cases by means of a retrospective cohort study.The control group was given 1 Liushen capsule(0.19g),orally,three times a day;the treatment group was given 1 pill(1.5g)of Niuhuang Liyan Pill,orally,three times a day;the course of treatment was3 days.The clinical efficacy of Niuhuang Liyan Pills in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection was further explored by statistical analysis and comparison of the clinical symptoms,signs and other integral changes and CRP changes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:1.After treatment,except for the symptoms of nasal congestion,runny nose and headache,the symptom scores and total symptom scores of the patients in the control group and the treatment group were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significant statistical significance in improving the symptoms of sore throat,dry throat and enlarged tonsils(P<0.01);in improving the symptoms of cough,the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in fever symptoms(P>0.05);in terms of improving the total score of clinical symptoms,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.The CRP levels of the control group and the treatment group were improved after treatment compared with before treatment,but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the two groups of patients have statistical significance in the evaluation of curative effect,P<0.05.At the same time,the effective rate of the control group was 86.49%,the effective rate of the treatment group was 91.25%,and the treatment group was higher than the control group.Conclusion:1.Niuhuang Liyan Pills can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection(wind-heat syndrome),especially in sore throat,dry throat,enlarged tonsils and other throat symptoms and cough symptoms.2.Niuhuang Liyan Pills can effectively improve the CRP level in patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection(wind-heat syndrome),but the improvement in CRP level is comparable to that of the control group treated with Liushen Capsules.
