| ObjectiveWe are using the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Constant-Murley Scores(CMS)to compare the effectiveness of Warming acupuncture combined with pointer tendon and Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion with conventional massage for the treatment of Qi-stagnation-blood-stasis scapulohumeral periarthritis during the Adhesion period.By comparing two research groups, equalizing the clinical symptoms and changes in physical signs to verify the effectiveness of this specialized treatment to the Periarthritis patient in the adhesion period,to evaluate the unique advantages of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with needle-therapy-Acupuncture with finger to improve the stages of the treatment plan to curing scapulohumeral periarthritis.MethodsThis study obtained 60 patient cases around 35-60 years old with adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder in Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine, using a random number table with IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0,randomly divided to 30 cases in each control group and treatment group. The treatment group used Internal-heated acupuncture combined with needle-therapy-Acupuncture with the finger.Observe the changes in clinical symptoms before and after the treatment, the changes in pain levels and the treatment progress of scapulohumeral periarthritis to evaluate the Clinic effect and the advantages of warming acupuncture combined with pointer tendon.Result1.Through the clinical observation of this study, the VAS and Constant-Murley scores were significantly different(i.e.,P<0.05)between the treatment group and the control group. Thus,it was statistically significant.2.After treatment, the VAS and Constant-Murley shoulder function scores of the treatment group were significantly different from those of the control group(i.e.,P<0.05),which was statistically significant.3.In terms of clinical efficacy,The total rate is,the treatment group is 93.33%,and the control group is 86.67%.The two groups had no significant differences(P > 0.05),which was not statistically significant.Conclusion1.Warming acupuncture combined with pointer tendon and Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion with conventional massage both have good clinical efficacy for the treatment of Qi-stagnation-blood-stasis scapulohumeral periarthritis during the Adhesion period.2.Compared with Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion with conventional massage,Warming acupuncture combined with pointer tendon has many advantages in improving clinical efficiency, relieving clinical symptoms, relieving physical relief signs and lower recurrence rate.3.The treatment of warming acupuncture combined with pointer tendon has apparent effect for Qi-stagnation-blood-stasis scapulohumeral periarthritis during the Adhesion period patients.Compared with conventional treatment,it has more targeted to deal with t his specific group of patients. |
