Used in the field of acupuncture, can be intuitive observation to the human body meridians acupoints in temperature condition, it is important that research has shown:skin temperature changes in channels and collaterals, acupoints can to a certain extent, reflect Chinese medicine fever of the false or true.PurposeBy infrared thermal imaging technology, observation of bronchial asthma with cold syndrome and heat syndrome patients and healthy people in the lung, large intestine by the relevant acupoints of surface temperature, the acupuncture point treatment in patients with bronchial asthma pathological reaction characteristics and fever syndrome in patients with acupuncture point temperature change rule, for find meridian diagnosis and acupuncture treatment of bronchial asthma, provide some objective basis and verify related lung and large intestine list.MethodsChoose68patients with moderate chronic bronchial asthma duration (experimental group) and20healthy people (control group) as the research object, in the experimental group, will meet eligibility criteria and fever syndrome of trad it ional Chinese medicine classification standards of asthma pat ients were divided into cold syndrome and heat syndrome groups, among them,36cases of cold syndrome group, heat syndrome group of32cases.Application ATIM-M301medical infrared thermal imager to test the subjects, the collection and its whole body infrared thermal images, and then on infrared thermal images, select lung acupoints (fu zhong, lu5hole, columns), e. the acupoints (day pivot, Ii11, partial calendar, valley), the Yin tang du meridian acupuncture point, record the temperature value. Groups of individuals in the comparison, respectively are compared, and temperature of the left and right side of the same point to observe about any imbalance. Of cold syndrome, heat syndrome group respectively with the control group for comparison between groups, due to individual differences, with each point temperature minus the glabella point temperature, its temperature difference as a point, then calculate each group the same acupuncture point of left and right sides of the average temperature, average temperature of each group the same acupuncture points, to observe each group acupoints in skin temperature change characteristics.Result1. Control way in lung and large intestine by the temperature around the selected acupoints in comparisonHealthy lung and large intestine by the temperature around the selected acupoints in no significant difference (P>0.05).2. Healthy lung, large intestine by the left and right sides of the temperature of symmetry, no obvious about imbalances. 2. Whether it’s cold syndrome or heat syndrome, in the part of acupoints in parts of the lung and large intestine after all showed abnormal skin temperature, and the left and right sides of the existence difference, suggests that asthma related acupuncture point will appear pathologic response.3. Cold syndrome, the lung and large intestine by the relevant acupoints in body surface temperature was lower than that of healthy people; hot syndrome, surface temperature was significantly higher than healthy people. Surface point temperature and fever syndrome of asthma.4. Infrared thermal imaging detection can be used as a means for identifying fever syndrome of asthma.
