The Effect Of Da Ming Yin No.2 On MAlb Of Diabetic Macular Edema(Qi And Yin Deficiency,Phlegm And Blood Stasis Blocking Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the effects of the Da Ming Yin NO.2 on the urinary microalbumin(mAlb) of diabetic macular edema(Qi and Yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis resistance syndrome),and to explore its possible mechanism.Methods: 60 patients(95 eyes) comforted to diabetic macular edema(Qi and Yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis blocking syndrome) were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups by Excel,30 cases(46 eyes) in treatment group and 30 cases(45 eyes)in control group.The treatment group was treated with Da Ming Yin NO.2,the control group was treated with calcium dobesilate capsules,the treatment course was 4 weeks.Compare the changes of mAlb,BCVA,CMT,macular OCT,fundus signs and TCM syndromes of the two groups before and after treatment,then statistical analysis was performed.Results:(1)Comparison of indexes: For mAlb,BCVA and CMT,improved in the two groups after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).For TCM syndrome score,the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment(P < 0.05),but the control group was not significantly improved(P > 0.05).Compared between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison of efficacy: In terms of the improvement efficiency of fundus and macular OCT,the treatment group and the control group were 84.8% and 62.2% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effective rates of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were 83.3% and 13.3% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).For the total effective rate,the treatment group and the control group were 84.8% and 62.2% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine Da Ming Yin NO.2,has a regulatory effect on the level of mAlb in patients with diabetic macular edema(Qi and Yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis blocking syndrome),can effectively improve the vision level of patients,and improve macular edema and TCM syndromes.Its possible mechanism is to regulate the internal environment as a whole,improve the microvascular lesions of fundus and kidney,repair the damage of vascular endothelial cells as a whole,reduce abnormal leakage and improve systemic symptoms.
