Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Yiqi Bushen Formula In The Treatment Of Moderate-to-severe Persistent Allergic Rhinitis With Deficiency In Lung And Kidney

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Bushen Formula in the treatment of moderate-to-severe persistent allergic rhinitis with deficiency in both lung and kidney,and to provide evidence-based medicine for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:The subjects of this trial were all patients with moderate-to-severe persistent allergic rhinitis of the lung and kidney deficiency type who visited the Department of Otolaryngology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022.A total of 64 patients were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 32 cases in each group.The treatment method of the control group was oral administration of 1 tablet of desloratadine citrate disodium half an hour before bedtime,and the treatment method of the experimental group was oral administration of 1 bag of traditional Chinese medicine half an hour before breakfast and half an hour after dinner.The two groups of patients were treated for 14 consecutive days.The TNSS score,TNNSS score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and RQLQ score of the two groups of subjects were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Result:1.Compared with pre-treatment,the TNSS and TNNSS total scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01);There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in reducing the TNSS and TNNSS total scores(P>0.05).2.Compared with pre-treatment,the total scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and RQLQ scores of the two groups of patients were significantly decreased(P<0.01)after treatment;The experimental group performed better in improving traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and living quality(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.0%.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).However,in the comparison of the recurrence rate one month after,it was found that the recurrence rate of the control group was58.3%,and that of the experimental group was only 28.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Bushen Formula can safely and effectively improve the clinical symptoms and living quality of moderate-to-severe persistent allergic rhinitis.
