Clinical Observation Of Scraping On Premenstrual Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation

Objective:Using observational study and randomized controlled study,the clinical ef ficacious difference between scraping Shaoyin heart Channel of Hand combi ned with Chaihu Shugan SAN(CSS)plus or minus and only the CSS in treati ng premenstrual syndrome(PMS)was observed.And the score,come from ab normal emotion,fullness of lower abdomen,breast pain,and other symptoms of PMS,can be used to measure the curative effect of the two groups on the symptoms,emotions and behavioral responses of PMS.Methods:First of all,based on the principle of prospective experimental research,th e random number table method was used for analysis and research.The patie nts were all 66 in the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospita l of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from December2020 to December 2021.Next,according to the principle of randomized cont rol,they were divided into treatment group(scraping therapy combined with CSS plus or minus)and control group(single CSS plus or minus),the change s of PMSD(premenstrual syndrome symptoms of diary),PMTS(premenstrua l syndrome self-rating scale)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)sympt om scores being observed before and after treatment.Finally,the collected data were sorted out and summarized,and SPSS24.0 was used for statistical analysis to compare and evaluate the efficacy difference of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 83.87% in the control group.Through SPSS,there were differences bet ween the two groups,which shows the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05),the scores of PMSD and PMTS in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P <0.05),the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were improved,and the c urative effect of the treatment group was also better,especially in improving the patients’ bad mood,premenstrual breast swelling and pain,dysmenorrhe a and other TCM symptoms.(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Scraping therapy combined with CSS has a good clinical effect in the treat ment of PMS of liver depression and qi stagnation,the patients having less a dverse reactions,and being easy to accept and relatively safe,which has goo d implementation value,and are worthy of further promotion.
