Objective:By observing and discussing the efficacy of Bone Pain and Huayu Capsules in promoting post-spinal endoscopic rehabilitation of lumbar spinal stenosis and its mechanism,we provide new ideas for the combined application of traditional Chinese medicine and new technology to treat the disease.Research method:The 60 cases in this study were all patients who attended the second department of orthopedic injury in our hospital during the period of 06/2020-08/2021 for total endoscopic single-port unilateral access bilateral decompression with postoperative residual symptoms.A randomization method was used to divide the patients into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. On the basis of the same postoperative medical prescription, the control group received mecobalamin orally and the experimental group received our preparation of bone pain and stasis capsule orally, both of which were administered according to the prescribed dose.At the 1st,3rd and 6th month after surgery, the three scores of homemade pain scoring scale,JOA and ODI were used, and SPSS 22.0 was also applied to record, analyze and evaluate the patients’ pain, lumbar spine function and quality of life visually.Modified MacNab was used at the end of the treatment to count the excellent rate of both groups.Result:The general data and preoperative conditions of both groups showed no significant differences after comparative data analysis of the three scores, indicating that they were not influencing factors(P>0.05).In terms of pre-and post-group comparisons, pain and ODI scores showed a downward trend in both the data table and the line graph, and JOA showed an upward momentum, both indicating a therapeutic effect of the two drugs(P<0.05).In the inter-group analysis, the three scores were not significantly different and decreased to a similar extent at the first postoperative month, indicating that the two drugs had the same efficacy at this time(P>0.05).When we look at the statistics and the degree of trend of the line graph at the 3rd and 6th months after surgery,we can see that the efficacy of the treatment group is stronger than that of the control group, that is,the efficacy of the bone pain and stasis capsule is better than that of methylcobalamin(P<0.05).The analysis at the end of 6 months of treatment showed that the excellent rate of the control group was 8 5.71%,and the excellent rate of the treatment group reached 93.33%.In the control group, there were two cases of shedding, one patient stopped taking the drug during the course of allergy and eventually caused this case to be shed, and one patient did not take the drug as prescribed during the postoperative follow-up period and was shed.Conclusion:1.Through the statistical analysis of the three data of pain score,JO A and ODI before and after the treatment,we can find that the application of bone pain and stasis capsule in the postoperative period has a significant effect on promoting the treatment of postoperative residual symptoms.2.The therapeutic effect of Bone Pain Huayu Capsule was better than that of methylcobalamin at 3 and 6 months postoperatively.
